Hotel was well located. A bit of a walk to Dotonburi (about 20min) if you don't like walking. Plenty of places to drink and eat locally though. Rooms are modern and clean. Bathroom has nice modern tapware etc. Bedding is firm just how I like it. Buttons for the lights in the room are easy to use and understand for once compared to every other hotel in the world. Ha ha

I was given a West facing room and as soon as I opened the door for the first time, the heat of the room just punched me in the face. I had to have the air-con on full blast at the lowest temp it could go to for HOURS to cool the room. Lack of space for suitcases. If you have a suitcase bigger than a carry-on, then expect to use your bed everytime you need to open it. Look at the photos for an idea. I travelled solo, so if you are a couple, than I suggest splashing out on a bigger room.

The location for us was really good, less than a 10min walk to 3 different metro lines, and around 20min walk straight to Dotonburi. The area was nice and quiet, had everything we needed nearby. The room is small but well laid out to utilise the space. They only service the room if you advised the front desk for stays of more than 4 nights, but they deliver fresh towels, toothbrushes and rubbish bags each day. Ones from the previous day can be left outside the room for collection. The amenities bar and seating area on level 3 were fantastic! Staff were very helpful when we had trouble at check in. All in all, very happy :)

The fridge in our room was not very cold at all, we double checked the temperature setting but it was set as cold as it would go. Our room door didn’t completely shut as it closed, unsure if it’s all rooms or just the room we had. We just had to be sure to pull it closed behind us. The washer/dryers as per other comments do get busy, we found using them in the early morning when we got up was best, you can view whether they’re in use or free from the home menu on the TV in room. Only minor things, but thought were worth mentioning.

Great location and nice room which was spacious for Japan, basic onsen which was good.

Breakfast could be improved and staff could be friendlier. Lobby area was very noisy at night and hard to work from

Staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate requests, especially Celia who always left follow up messages for our queries. Room was clean and a decent size for a hotel room in Japan, much bigger than APA and the hotel has an onsen on the top floor. The hotel is only a five-six minute walk to Hommachi metro station which is only 5 minute train ride to Nanba station. New towels are left in a bag at the door when you leave your dirty ones outside for cleaning. Great stay!

If staying longer than 4 days, the room will be cleaned once every four days. I think this is for travel sustainability but otherwise hotel can accommodate extra clean

Love the location! Hotel was great, i think its quite new. love love love that its one stop only to shopping at shinshaibashi. a short walk from the train station wouldn’t hurt. love the rooms! super clean and also the aircon was cold unlike old hotels that it smells and doesnt get so cold. rooms are small given it’s japan but i guess for asian size it was okay for us. they have free face mask and drinks also. wasnt able to try the spa as i do not have time however the laundry area was great! and i will definitely choose this one again nextime i go to osaka!

the staff are okay, dont get me wrong they are nice. however, not as cheerful and nice like a normal japanese culture who are people oriented and people person kind of staff. but they are not rude and all, just that it was surprising to find some of them (not all) are not so enthusiastic when it comes to customer service. But the one who checked us in was ok thou.

Good standard on the rooms, and the staff was very helpful. The hotel is easy to find, and is in a quiet area. You can reach subway, eating places and shopping within a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Good ambiance at the top floor bar

The food at the restaurant on the first floor was not up to par with how it is advertised, which was disappointing. Both the steak and duck was chewy, which A5 grade steak should never be. Other than that, the drinks at the top floor bar was very weak. and the rooms are a bit tight because of the room layout, but not a dealbreaker for couples.

The property was within walking distance to two different subway lines. Location is walking distance to Dotonbori. Located in a quiet neighborhood with restaurants, convenience stores and markets nearby. We opted for breakfast with our stay and it did not disappoint. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. A couple options to pick from. There is an ‘amenities buffet’ located in the lobby. Help your self to whatever you might need like razors, shaving cream, hair oil, face cleanser, face toner, face masks, tooth paste and toothbrush, etc.

The rooms were too small. We had requested for a crib, but I’m glad that they forgot to provide us with one, otherwise we wouldn’t have space at all.

The staff members were so friendly. I got stuck in Osaka due to the recent typhoon, but the lady at the check-in counter went above and beyond to call a taxi for me and make sure if there was a way for me to get to the airport. The rooms are clean and comfy, and the housing is pretty close to a subway line. The area itself is also really nice since its a little bit away from the crowded, tourist area at Dotonbori. I would definitely come here again!

It does take a while to walk to the Hotel from Namba station. Keep this in mind if you are taking a train from the airport. The Hotel does not have an airport pick-up service either. With that said, the staff members were more than happy to provide me with exact directions on how to reach the hotel.

Such a convenient location if you want to be near Dotonburi but not TOO close. It was a 10 minute train ride from Osaka station but you end up being 2 minute walk from Shinsaibashi shopping strip which had all the shops and restaurants. And you are a 10 minute walk away from Dotonbori so it wasn't super busy and loud near the hotel. They gave you lots of face cream/cleanser etc to take from the lobby so you don't have to worry if you run out. Paid laundry was right next to the public baths so that was very convenient as well.

The room was really really small. We were expecting small but it was the smallest room in our entire trip - we couldn't even lay one suitcase opened. Definitely will get a bigger room next time just for our own convenience and ease.
