Hotel was well located. A bit of a walk to Dotonburi (about 20min) if you don't like walking. Plenty of places to drink and eat locally though. Rooms are modern and clean. Bathroom has nice modern tapware etc. Bedding is firm just how I like it. Buttons for the lights in the room are easy to use and understand for once compared to every other hotel in the world. Ha ha

I was given a West facing room and as soon as I opened the door for the first time, the heat of the room just punched me in the face. I had to have the air-con on full blast at the lowest temp it could go to for HOURS to cool the room. Lack of space for suitcases. If you have a suitcase bigger than a carry-on, then expect to use your bed everytime you need to open it. Look at the photos for an idea. I travelled solo, so if you are a couple, than I suggest splashing out on a bigger room.

Very nice, contemporary hotel. It offers all the services that the modern travelers needs: self check in/out, nice lounge with free drinks and microwave, well organized rooms.

The staff at the breakfast restaurant were rather pushy. I understand the space is limited but people are there to enjoy their holidays and this includes their meals too. I also found disappointing that some guests abused of the automatic laundry leaving their clothes there for hours after finishing the cleaning. Maybe disallowing the security code will force them to be more responsible and less self centered

Such a beautiful boutique hotel right in a perfect location just north of Dotonbori! It's in a quieter area but is only a 5 minute walk to shopping streets and Hommachi metro station. The hotel has perfectly cleaned rooms with everything you need and both a restaurant and rooftop bar on the property. They even have an onsen on the 19th floor that's open late. It's the perfect way to close a long day of sightseeing. Great hotel!

The only things I didn't like were that the staff didn't seem to know what to do if you hadn't bought the breakfast in advance with your room reservation. They did allow you to pay, but they seemed confused why you'd be there if you hadn't booked it ahead. It should be easy to charge to the room, but they don't seem able to do that. The only other hiccup was that housekeeping left my door open one day, and I didn't discover it until I got back late. It was clearly a mistake, and nothing was stolen, but the front desk just apologized and shrugged it off. Otherwise, a great hotel!

We recently stayed at this hotel in Osaka and had a wonderful experience overall. The location is excellent, as it’s just a short walk from the nearest metro station, which made getting around the city incredibly easy. Whether we were exploring the vibrant streets of Osaka or heading out on day trips, the convenience of being so close to public transport really enhanced our stay. The area surrounding the hotel is also a huge plus. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, so we never had to worry about where to eat or find something we needed. From cozy local eateries to international dining options, there was always something to suit our mood. And, of course, having convenience stores within walking distance made it easy to pick up snacks, drinks, or any essentials we forgot to pack. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming and friendly. They were always available to assist with any questions we had, from restaurant recommendations to helping us navigate the city. Their warmth and professionalism made us feel right at home. The breakfast offered at the hotel was another highlight of our stay. There was a wide variety of choices, both Western and Japanese, and everything was fresh and delicious. We especially appreciated the ample selection, which ensured that we could try something different each morning. It was a great way to start the day before heading out to explore Osaka’s sights. Another plus was the hotel’s Wi-Fi – it was fast and reliable throughout our stay, which was really important for us as we needed to stay connected for work and to check maps and travel guides on our phones. We never experienced any issues with the connection, which made it easy to plan our daily activities. Although the hotel has an onsen on the top floor, we didn’t have the chance to try it during our stay. It looked inviting, though, and we would definitely make time for it on a future visit.

The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. They were willing to answer questions and were very professional. Our room was clean and the decor was peaceful. The beds were comfortable, especially after 27 hours of travel. We added the breakfast option to our stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious. There were so many options. The staff was cheerful, a nice start to the day. We used the onsen, which is divided by gender. There are key lockers in the dressing room for the clothes and room keys. This was a free locker. The water felt so good on our achy muscles. There are three available washer dryer combo machines. When you turn on your TV, on the main menu, it shows if any are available. It's a really nice feature since you don't have to run up to check. The machines have a built in laundry detergent that gets dispensed when you start the machine. There is no need for you to purchase soap. The machines are 500 yen. Payable with 100 yen coins. I love the lockable feature on the machines. The code is a 4-digit code of your choosing. If your load is a larger load, it may require additional drying time. That is available for 30 minutes at 100 yen. The neighborhood is really safe. We walked back to the 24-hour Lawsons, which is about 4 blocks away, even at 11 pm. (Side note we were all females in our party). I would stay here again.

The hotel was clean and had great value for amenities. We made use of the onsen every night during our stay and enjoyed it very much. The lobby lounge amenities were great as well. It had a microwave, water dispenser and coffee/tea station free for guests to use. The location is in a business district about 10-15 minutes away , by foot, from the nearest station and is also near an old-style “shopping strip”. Enough restaurants around if you want to eat nearby. Convenience stores are within walking distance too.

The nearest train station entrance/ exit by the hotel (according to google maps at least) is accessed through a lot of stairs so you might consider an alternate route to an exit with elevator access if you have several pieces of luggage with you.

We really loved our room. Bed was comfy. Modern and clean. Bathroom was small but really nice. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooftop bar was really cool and had a pretty good view of the other buildings.

It saddens me to say, but we got the breakfast one morning and it wasn't nice. There was a set option of a Japanese set breakfast or a western. It didn't specify what exactly was included. We went for the western and unfortunately was just not good. It may have just been my taste buds, but I think it would have been good to have a breakdown of what was included in each option as I think I likely wouldn't have gone ahead with it had I known what was included in the set meal.

The location for us was really good, less than a 10min walk to 3 different metro lines, and around 20min walk straight to Dotonburi. The area was nice and quiet, had everything we needed nearby. The room is small but well laid out to utilise the space. They only service the room if you advised the front desk for stays of more than 4 nights, but they deliver fresh towels, toothbrushes and rubbish bags each day. Ones from the previous day can be left outside the room for collection. The amenities bar and seating area on level 3 were fantastic! Staff were very helpful when we had trouble at check in. All in all, very happy :)

The fridge in our room was not very cold at all, we double checked the temperature setting but it was set as cold as it would go. Our room door didn’t completely shut as it closed, unsure if it’s all rooms or just the room we had. We just had to be sure to pull it closed behind us. The washer/dryers as per other comments do get busy, we found using them in the early morning when we got up was best, you can view whether they’re in use or free from the home menu on the TV in room. Only minor things, but thought were worth mentioning.

My boyfriend and I recently stayed at a cosy hotel in Osaka and had a lovely experience overall. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the city and visit nearby attractions. The hotel itself is charming and well-maintained, which added to our enjoyable stay. One of the highlights was the TV with Chromecast sharing, allowing us to stream our favorite shows effortlessly. This feature definitely enhanced our downtime in the room. However, the only downside was the room size. The space is quite small, which might be a consideration for some guests. Despite this, everything else was quite good for us, and we would still recommend this hotel for its convenience and comfort.

This hotel had a self check in machine which was very nice and easy to use, the room was clean and modern. We knew the room would be small so that was not a problem for us. The TV is surprisingly HD. 3 Laundry machines were available, (5) 100 yen coins (500 not accepted), each machine washes and dries so you do not need to change machines. Front desk was very kind in helping us get our luggage shipped to our next hotel in Tokyo. The hotel feels very modern and new..

It is a bit of a walk to the nearest station (I have some ankle problems), and perhaps not through the best part of town (?) The front entrance is not easy to spot immediately - head through the large opening that looks like a vehicle exit, and there will be an entrance to the right.
