Check in was really easy and the guy at the front desk spoke English. If that is important to travelers. The room was nice. It took me a while to figure out how to turn on the hot water in the bathroom. The view from the balcony of my room was breathtaking. And the price was pretty reasonable.

The bed is not super comfortable. And the pillows are filled with this like kinda bean or plastic ball sort of thing. It was not great. I had trouble falling asleep on the bed a few nights. But other than that it was cool. Come for the view and the quiet lodging in Osaka. Also, there isn't much entertainment around the neighborhood. Like 2 restaurants and that's it. But it's to far from the train. So you can try to go somewhere a little busier in Osaka if you want.

Very large room and bathroom! And ample storage. We needed a VERY last minute hotel at 12:30AM because we missed the last train. The room was very affordable at ~$30USD / 1 night. Honestly it was waaay better than the hotel we had in Kyoto. If the location was closer to a main train station, it would be a dream. I would stay here if I was in Osaka again!

The carpet smelled a little wet / musky, like socks. It was fixed within a few hours of opening the windows.

This my second time staying at the hotel state and I'm always satisfied by the size of the rooms and how quiet the neighborhood is. There's also a Chinese restaurant downstairs which is also convenient.

It is quite a walk from the station but it isn't that bad of a walk.

Very good condition of the apartment and equipped with a castle quantity of services like air conditioning, washroom heating and a complete set of amenities. The personnel were very welcoming and helpful.

The position is not good for using the Japan Rail Pass because there are no JR lines nearby, but it will no longer be a problem because of the price raising of the JRP that induces people to prefer other transport formulas.

Good price with full facilities. The bedroom is comfy with nice balcony to see the gorgeous view of Osaka city. Located in quiet neighborhood. Such a calm and relax stay.

The nearest station is a tram station. It may difficult if you have large luggage or haavy items and come here by tram while crowded because the tram is not big like a train. And its door is too small and narrow for big things.

Very comfortable beds. Room services every day, if you would want that. It has a fridge. Staff was incredibly nice and supplied us with some bolws and spoon when we asked for it. we really enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend this place.

Not a lot of space to put things. Rooms are a bit smaller that it looks like on the pictures. Only one chair. The spa was not available, which makes it a bit pricey...

There is no soundproofing in the room. I could hear every step of the neighbors and the sounds of cars from the street. In addition, my window overlooked the road, and the air there was not at all fresh.

Lovely modern rooms - large enough for two people with lots of luggage. Full sized bath and shower. East to locate. Access to tram is good, but it is a 15 min walk to Tennoji station. There are much closer hotels to choose from.

Right on the tram tracks. We were upstairs so barely heard them, but anyone on a lower floor would hear them until late at night.

Room was large and there was a room with shower and a separate toilet. Very affordable and in the same building there was a great Chinese restaurant! We were really early for checking in and we were lucky to be able to check in early. Staff were really helpful and only two rooms for each floor which was nice! It was also very close to both subway and tram line!

Nothing negative except for it being a bit off from the center.

Really nice room for the price. Clean, comfortable and spacious. Only stayed 1 night but had everything we needed. Would stay again.

Location wasn't bad, everything still accessible but just slightly extra effort to get food or transport.
