Lovely little hotel not too far from Dodtonbori street. Staff was very kind, and the hotel was more on the quiet end, which we liked. Train is about a 10 minute walk in either direction, and there is a Family Mart literally right next door. We were huge fans of all the little shops and bars nearby, and I know it sounds crazy since you're in Japan, but you have to try the burger place nearby! (Rich Garden)

Only issue I had with the room is that you have to have your key card inserted on the wall to operate lights/Aircon. So while the idea in theory is fine, if you are travelling during the warm months, it can be kind of uncomfortable to come back to a hot room and have to wait for the aircon to turn back on and cool everything down. No complaints otherwise!

The location was very close to Dotonbori though you're at one end of it rather than central/middle and pretty convenient to subway/train lines. We wanted to take advantage of our JR pass for our transportation. This was a second visit (first visit was a day in port on a cruise) so we had already done some sightseeing. If you've never been before, you may want a different location. While the room was small, the layout was fine.

Hotel was near transit stations and the big market area. Plenty of close by restaurants and near the big shopping district. Also was able to ship our luggage from our previous hotel's location in Kyoto to here so we don't carry it all ourselves. Little fridge was nice to have and the WiFi worked. Room was accommodating enough for me because I had it for myself, however if you're staying with others it might feel cramped.

Rooms were exactly as shown in the pictures, and the bed was comfy to sleep in. The location is also great, main Dotonbori street is only a 5-10 min walk away, and you can reach Shin Osaka station in no time via Namba station. Also there is a family mart right next to the hotel.

The bathroom was kind of small, but then again I'm kind of tall for local standards, 190cm, so it can't be helped I guess.

The room was quite spacious. Definitely larger than other hotels. Bed was really comfortable, strong aircon, toilet has good amenities. The location was a 5min walk to Namba station or to Dotonbori. There is a supermarket next to the hotel which is perfect also. Staff were really helpful also.

Very kind gentleman in reception, who after check out helped me make a phone call for a buddhist temple accommodation somewhere else where only reservation by phone was allowed

Blinds in the room window could be better if they were more opaque

Location was perfect, Close to everything we needed. Room was tight but big enough for a couple to navigate with! Staff were polite but told us they wouldn’t hold on to luggage after check out, we walked past a room full of held baggage. Must have got lost in translation when we asked!

The baggage thing was annoying. The pillows weren’t very soft.

Excellent location close to transport and Dotonbori. Very clean and modern hotel with very nice staff.

The only problem we both had was the pillows were very hard and high and they didn’t have any other pillows available.

The location was very good, 10 min to all the mayor sights (for example Dotonbori, Americamura) and from the Namba station. Also there was a Family Mart right in front of the hotel.

The room was pretty small and I didn’t really have space to put my (open) suitcase but that is normal for Japan

Great location for our trip. Small hotel, but everything we needed was there.

Quite some noise from outside as the windows didn't close fully so a bit of wind came through.
