Location was very good in terms of being just 3-4 blocks away from the Glico sign in Dotonbori. There's a 7-11 downstairs on the ground floor so that was very convenient. Room was tiny especially the toilet but compact with bidet. It's ok if you are just using the room mainly to sleep. Ask for high floor room. There's coin laundry facilities on 2 floors and ice machine on some floor as well. There is a hot water kettle and a small fridge.

Wished the room was slightly bigger so it would be easier to open the bags. There was no warddrobe space for the double room.

The staff in the front desk very helpful and very accomodation specially when im Leaving in the hotelgoing back to my country they help Me to book a car.. so kuddos and thank you Mr. I dont know what is your name hes nice and very helful✨⭐️

Hmmm honestly about when u getting a free coffee you need to sign or registered in their website .. a little bit waste time. Thats its only but all in all GOOD⭐️

Close to main attraction (e.g. Dotonbori), stores, restaurants, and train stations. Comfortable and clean. They have a 7eleven downstairs with an ATM machine. Kind and respectful staff.

The wifi is poor. Always getting disconnected or slow. There are limited laundry machine (4 washing machine available only) and it does not dry the clothes properly.

location, room , staff and cleanliness are big plus factors in deciding for this place.

the room rates are much higher vs Nagoya. Maybe, Ibis can come up with a uniform rate( or at least minimal differences) for all places they operate. For some reason I was not able to use my Acor membership as I keep getting feedback that no room is available, However, I was able to get booking thru another avenue(booking.com). Members should b given priority booking.

The location is very perfect to enjoy enough Dotonbori river every single day. And room was clean, daily cleaning is optional but you can ask it without extra charge. 24 hours convinient store is just nearby

Bed was really too small not like other countries or other cities in Japan. And the location is good but there was too many guys front of the hotel street for a kind of prostitute both man and woman

Location was excellent. just a little far from the train station. close to where the night life happens which was what we wanted.

the only laundry that wasn't out of service wasn't working properly. had to figure out how to dry the clothes the night before leaving japan.

Location and Breakfast. Location was ideal, it was in the middle of everything. Breakfast was good altho the selection was less compared to our visit back in 2018.

Key Cards were always problematic. We always had to go down to reception to have the cards fixed. Wish they could look into this.

Close to Dotonbori and Namba Subway. 7/11 next door very handy

When emptying the bath out, the floor flooded and alot of hair and other things came out from under the vanity. Other people’s belongings and luggage tags under the beds. Very dusty under there

My son fell sick on our last day in Japan. The staff at the hotel helped calling the ambulance and let us stayed on until we had to depart for the airport. Their kindness and support will always be remembered

Location of the hotel is only 10 minutes away to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi Market. Osaka Metro station is also 15 minutes walk.

Surrounding hotel are clubs and quite noisy at night.
