The room has everything you might need, nice shower products, great detail on lighting, awesome drip coffee, the bed was pretty comfortable, and I asked for a soft pillow which the staff happily provided. We were also happy with the location, easy to access from Umeda Station even with the big luggage. We chose the hotel because it was only a couple of minutes walk from Nakazakicho (cute, hipster area with coffee shops and tiny restaurants). The hotel was great value for money.

The only downside was the size of the room. We felt it was a bit too small for two adults traveling with two suitcases. For a solo traveller the room would be perfect. It would be good if you could store the luggage under the bed. They've been otherwise very clever with the design of the room to make it functional in such a small space. Unfortunately the tv in the room doesn't have functionality to watch Netflix or connect your device to Chromecast or airdrop.

The hotel location was very good as it was only a short distance from the train station. However, getting out of the train station was another matter. The station is very big, very busy, and has many floors, and it was difficult navigating out of this huge complex, but once we found our way out, it was easy to get to the hotel. The beds were super comfy, all amenities were provided, rooms were very clean, and staff very friendly. They had a restaurant in the hotel, which we did not use, but convenient if you do need to use. Great place to stay with lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

a short walk from the Hankyu subway station. you need to know how to get to the hotel if not it is a long walk. From JR station walk through underground shopping area to Hankyu line. go down to the B2 floor as it is connected. then exit near Kiddy place. small room but is expected.

The location was excellent and the room cosy! The hotel does a fantastic job at making a small space totally comfortable! The hotel really has guests in mind when designing the room space. I am honestly impressed with this hotel and highly recommend it for a convenient but away-from-the-crowds stay!

Would have been nice to know about luggage forwarding/delivery service beforehand or during the stay so I did not have to lug around my big luggage when commuting to and from the hotel. There was also a fraudulent message before I arrived, which the hotel promptly clarified (so not their fault that hackers are just opportunistic and everywhere)! Wouldn’t have minded some recommendations for first time travellers to Japan.

The hotel and the room was very nice. The front desk offered luggage storage when we arrived several hours before the check-in time. The room itself was very clean and quiet. The bathroom was very comfortable and we had no issues getting hot water for showers and baths. You have a choice of just having towels exchanged or having your room and beds made, which you indicate with the corresponding magnet placed on the hallway side of the door. The hotel is <10 min walk from Umeda Station, where you can then use as your hub to other parts of Osaka. There's also restaurants and lots of shopping close by as Umeda is a popular shopping district.

It is a tight squeeze for 3 people in the room we had, which was more like 2 normal beds and 1 sofa bed. With 3 travelers in this room, don't expect to have your luggage open at all times and still have room to walk around easily. However, most hotel rooms in Japan are very compact anyways, so nothing out of the ordinary.

Excellent location, close to the station (walking distance with a wheelie bag), but far enough away to be quiet. Really nice area. The room was tiny-fine for me and my small bag, but if you are a couple, you'd be squashed, and your bags would be a problem. Great water pressure in the shower! LOVELY STAFF.

I had a horrible backache the next day, the bed felt ok, but I guess it wasn't great.

The Nest Hotel was a lovely hotel to stay in for our trip to Osaka, Japan. The room and amenities were great. They also provided an iron steamer upon request. Check in and check out were super easy. The location was the best part of the stay! We were so close to the train station and there were heaps of restaurants and shops around. It was so easy to travel around Osaka that way.

The rooms were a little small, however, that was expected. They also were not able to hold our luggage during our stay as we wanted to get rid of the 2 massive suitcases - but this did not really affect our stay.

Conveniently located near Osaka train station, modern, clean, and well appointed with things like slippers and yukata (pajamas). The provided coffee was pour over instead of instant :) and the breakfast (available downstairs for an additional cost) was delicious. The size of the double room is ideal for travellers with minimal luggage, which was just fine for us.

Our room looked out onto a busy and noisy highway but it was fine for one night.

The room is exactly as described, so you know it will be small etc upon arrival. Clean, well equipped and fantastic location to the train station and a walk away from the food markets etc. I could hear a generator like sound at night, which was kind of annoying, but perhaps just the location of my room. I imagine if I did say this to the front desk they would have changed my room. If you prefer more space or were a party of two it might not be the best fit. The employees who were carrying out the room service were really friendly and helpful. Thank you.

The neighborhood is amazing! 7 eleven and other shops are nearby, the station is quite close, a lot of ramens are near the hotel too. Also the hotel is just 30 min by train from Universal Studio, so it was very convenient and fast to get there. The room itself was small but cozy, you can find everything that you might need there (shower gel, shampoo, pjs, etc), super comfortable bed. Recommend!
