Good location, within 10mins walk from the station. You can also choose your own pillow at the reception, they have different size and softnesses. The room has plenty of space to open my luggage. The onsen spa was really great and with high security. The staffs were really nice and explained well. You can choose five amenities every day and the have really great quality and variety of paper MASKS!! There’s Lawson at the next block. And the hotel was near to a lot of restaurants, DONKI and book-off.

Breakfast was SO GOOD! It was out of our expectation but yeah get the breakfast if you haven't so! I also did not expect the hotel to have an onsen but it did! It is clean and a good size. Water temp is so comfortable. Location is great as it is just a short 6mins walk near to the station but not at the busy streets.

Just have one comment on the pillow - Pillow given is a long pillow for two person yet it is not that long enough to reach end to end of the bed edge so middle of the night might have some pillow snatching situation 😆 Would have preferred if it is two seperate pillows. Personaly preference I guess.

The location is convenient, staffs are super friendly and helpful, comfortable beds, good breakfast, free coffee and teas almost all day, free toiletries. No keys, everything pin pad.

I wouldn’t call it a super hotel because the onsen is super small, only big enough for 4 people side by side, and there’s only one hairdryer and one basin in the ‘dressing’ area. Hotel’s incentive for not cleaning your room: ONE very small bottle of water to be shared between 2 people. Check in strictly 3pm, check out 10am.

You are supposed to choose your own pillow at the lobby but there's nothing left if you come back to the Hotel late in the day. There's only 1 faucet handle for turning on the shower and sink so you have to open & close the shower curtain to use it while in the shower tub. Room & bathroom is tiny. No closet only hanger bar on the wall.

Breakfast very good, but sold out for part of our stay. Onsen was excellent. Pillow choice lovely but none available on day of check in. Staff lovely

The massive heavy pillow that took up half the bed!! Also friend tried to leave flowers for me but desk refused to accept. I had signed up for double room but room not large enough for 2 people. Had to get a second room this paid for 3 people when we were only 2

I love the hotel. Super clean, comfortable bed and most of all, great quality of water from every tap! All the amenity were eco conscious and you can even choose your own pillow. This hotel in on down town side of Omiya Station. I tried more expensive hotels on the other side of the station, but this one beats them all! I'd love to try Onsen bath and breakfast next time.

Clean. Loved the range of pillows available. Love being able to help myself to the amenities provided at the lobby or make myself coffee/tea anytime. Washer dryer facilities are great along with the hangout area on level 2.

Room was very small. toilet area was very small. For people with long legs and tall, when sitting on the toilet, the knees touch the wall - which was quite uncomfortable.

Assigned a connected double room, room size is more spacious than those in Tokyo of similar prize range. Onsen bath is very nice, although size is rather small. Good value for money. Around 5 minute walk from Omiya station.

The hotel is eco friendly and has excellent customer service. the room has a smart pad that controls the lights, TV and AC. There also is a public soaking bath designated for males and females. The soaking bath has minerals and nice washing area. The rooms were comfortable and clean. My kids has a connected room. The breakfast was good with variety of choices made from local produce. Great location as it is just a few mins walk from omiya station.

The rooms were a little tight but normal for Japan.

I would have liked to use the on-site hot springs. However having tattoos I wasn't allowed. I understand the restrictions but there was no information about having tattoos until I entered the hot Springs. Disappointed...
