The apartment is spacious and well-designed, offering a comfortable and practical layout. The Sapporo streetcar/tram is just a few meters away, making it incredibly convenient for exploring nearby attractions like Mount Moiwa Ropeway and Odori Park. The beds are very comfortable, and there is ample personal space for relaxing after a day of holiday activities.

It was a little difficult to use the cupboard in the main area as there was a bed right next to it, but it wasn't that bad. We could have used more hangars. There was plenty of hanging space, but a few more hangars would be great.

The apartment is a few steps away from street car stop, easy access to Odori park station and then 1 stop by metro to JR Sapporo station. The apartment is clean and spacious. The whole apartment is on same floor, no need to climb stairs. It is clean and beds comfortable.

A bit of echo and noise within building from other occupants, but it did not bother us. We just had to keep quiet at night. While location isnt bad, and there are restaurants within walking distance, the good food are near Odori and JR station. We booked this for price, not for location.

The establishment is in a quiet and safe residential area, which is what we really appreciated. It is very convenient to visit other areas of the city by streetcar since the stops are only a minute away on foot. In the neighbourhood, you can easily find convenient stores and restaurants within walking distance. Even though we didn't get a chance to dine in the nearby restaurants, we can imagine how comfortable and convenient to live in that area. One has to understand that there is no (physical) face-to-face interaction at this establishment. It was never an issue for us. Big thanks to the staff for addressing the request for high floor apartment. We also like the fact that we could do our laundry with the washing machine provided. They are very responsive on Whatsapp as well. Good English too. Recommendations are sent to us through Whatsapp before we actually took off. Thumbs up to the recommendations in the guest info folder.

Nothing major. Would have been better to include a bit more detail on the instruction "how to use the washing machine" in the guest info folder. We don't want to break anything and we managed to figure out how to operate. Glad that we didn't break it. : ) Meanwhile, it took us some effort to get used to the new digital way of registration and check-in. I must emphasize that it is not a negative about the establishment. Future travelers may just need to pay a bit of attention to it.

The apartment was fully equipped with a kitchen, microwave oven and washing machine which makes it very convenient for family travelers. The room was also thoughtfully equipped with an air purifier and humidifier which is much needed during the winter season. The tram station is just next to the accomodation which makes it very convenient to get to downtown or the vicinity by public transport.

The location is nice, very close to tram station. Facilities are clean and in good condition. Also very thankful to the kind owner for sending us back valuable jewelries left on the property.

There is no air conditioning unit inside the bedroom, just a fan. Got a bit warm when we stayed during summer.

Great little place to stay in Sapporo. Well stocked (although an additional soap dispenser would've been useful so you didn't have to keep moving the soap from the kitchen to the bathroom and back), close to public transport, and easy to organise parking.

You are very close to a tram stop and insulation from outside noise isn't the best. If you are precious about sleeping early or sleeping in, the tram noise (from 6am - 11pm daily) may bother you.

Good location, and there is a streetcar nearby. Convenience store is also nearby as well. Good value as well in terms of price.

Would be nice to have a scissor for the kitchen. Check-in procedure is confusing as well as we have trouble entering the PIN.

Very clean, well stocked, easy check-in. Washing machine is a definite plus.

The very early check-out time was easy to miss in the long confirmation email. Therefore we did miss it, had to pay extra, and had to rush to leave at 11:10.
