Room was quite spacious, beds were big and very comfortable. Excellent value for money for the twin room which appears quite a bit bigger than the double rooms and better value compared to similar nearby hotels. Hotel is new, clean and stylish with a large and nice lobby for a business hotel. Very nice staff. Easy to get to/from train and subway stations using the underground passage once you know how - we used exit 18 to transfer between the train station and the subway station, then used exit 15 for the hotel. Location also convenient for the Toyota rental car office and for walking around Sapporo.

Brand new, very clean and comfortable , buffet was excellent! There was one lady at reception who spoke excellent English ! I was very impressed .

The directions to the hotel using the underground were not correct and hence took a long time to get to the hotel. There is a fast way via an exit between 2 sets of purple lockers opposite the east exit -keep walking all the way to the end and you’ll be on the street level and hotel is just 5 mins walk there after. Don’t take underground walk way .

Great hotel with very helpful and polite staff. I enjoyed staying there as a base to drive to diffetent local ski resorts each day. The onsen was very comfortable and the included breakfast was good.

We got a very small room, the smallest on the floor and shaped awkwardly. I don't think the booking advised me of that anywhere, but it was still a great stay. For exploring Sapporo, the location is good but not great. Since we drove to different ski resorts each day in the vicinity, Emion was a good location for us.

Good mixture of Western and Japanese dishes. The food was fresh and staff made sure quantities were topped up when low.

During our 3-week stay in Japan, this was our favorite accommodation - by far! The hotel is a quick and easy 7-min walk from the Sapporo Station. There are restaurants and retail shopping areas close by as well. The hotel accommodations were top notch. Staff was friendly and efficient, rooms were ample and beds were very comfortable. Our room had a window seat and small table which was nice for a dining space. The breakfast buffet was superb - food was delicious, varied and presented beautifully! This was my first time using the public onsen and I felt safe and very comfortable in the baths! I will definitely stay here again when returning to Japan!

Great hotel! Great room, spatious, cozy and warm during winter time. Close to the station (10min walk, even with the snow, a quick walk). The onsen waa perfect! Spatious and with much space for the shower and all the rules displayed so everyone could follow properly! Annnnd the great part was the breakfast!! O could taste all the Hokkaido special food (and dairy products) in the breakfast and it was everything so so so so perfect! The staff was also very helpful, they texted me when my luggage arrived as I was not at the hotel and so, I did not have to worry about it. Also, there is a direct entrance to the convenience store and this was perfect as in some nights we did not want to leave due to the cold

LOVEEEDD the buffet, even higher quality than special onsen hotels. The room is spotless and bigger than expected for a family of 3 with a baby. Service is excellent, they do reimburse up to 500 yen a day for parking which is nice but would be nicer to be free :). 7/11 is right downstairs which is super convenient and you can walk all underground to the train station (although you need directions from the front desk).

Location is good and quiet but a little far from main things, hard to walk to when there's snow/ice on the ground with a stroller/baby but if you have icetraks or car, no problem, issue is finding parking when driving in sapporo.

Hotel was new and well-maintained. Breakfast was really good. Onsen was small but good. Twin rooms was big and comfortable. Location was at the east side of Sapporo station and accessible from the underground.

Directions to the hotel could have been better. Coming out of JR Sapporo, didn't have any idea where to go as the exit numbers were not on any of the signs. Basically head to the East side and then you will start to see the exits ... if you are taking the underground way, it is quite a long walk. Nearest car rental was Nippon, just across the street from hotel. Toyota was about a block further.

The staff provided excellent service and maintained a friendly smile despite the language barrier. The smart TV apps also made it easy for me to catch the news in English.

Aside from a 7-11 located in the hotel lobby, there isn't much nearby. A 24-hour gym is conveniently near the hotel, and a Lawson store is just a short walk away. The room is cramped with an extra bed. The hotel is about 15 15-minute walk to the JR station, depending on which route

Convenient to walk from Sapporo Station via connecting walk-way underground. Good vibes when entering the hotel. Very clean room and all the towels and blanket are good smell. 7/11 locate on the first floor.

It is about 10 minutes to walk to Sapporo Station and I got confused of the way for the first time to the hotel.
