Our 3rd time. Breakfast buffet is outstanding, also the onsen and drinks / snacks after skiing. Very relaxed place and family friendly with a great play area for kids and a quiet lounge for adults. Location is perfect.

Would be nice to have at least one decent streaming service on the TV because Japanese free to air TV isn't much good. But every Japanese hotel I've stayed in has been the same. Can't understand why. It's such an obvious value-add. Bringing a USB-C to HDMI cable next time :)

This hotel really makes you feel at home. It is very, very generous with its inclusions - free self pour alcohol with the extensive and delicious dinner buffet. Free dessert buffet for all guests, even if you don't eat dinner. Free snacks. Tea/coffee/hot chocolate available free 24 hrs a day. Free wine and snacks in the adults zone morinone each night from 7.30pm. Plenty of space to work if you need to in the library or work from home areas. The food for breakfast buffet and dinner buffet was absolutely amazing. Extensive selection, very fresh and tasty. The staff were uniformly kind and helpful. The onsen was lovely, but sometimes a little bit crowded. That's life! For skiing, the location was very good right at the base of the Kitanomine Gondola. Unfortunately not ski in/ski out, but only a short walk -maybe 5 mins - to the slopes. The hotel offered a discount for lift tickets. The ski lockers were just out the front and well heated so our boots dried out overnight. Our room had a great view over the ski fields, and was quite spacious. It was a bit old in decor and style, but everything was clean and functional.

The wifi was a bit slow and unreliable, but we were in rural Hokkaido! These next are getting a bit picky, but I didn't like that we could only get twin beds. We pushed them together to make a "double" but it wasn't the same as having a double bed. It looks like they don't offer any double beds. At least all we were offered on booking.com was twin. Our room could have used a bit more storage space. Most ski guests would stay more than just a couple of nights and it would be good to have more space to put your clothes when you unpack. Both minor points, and I would stay here again in a flash.

The extra reading space in the second floor totally makes up for the limited room space. Free room amenities including face masks providing extra comfort for ladies. Not even mention about free afternoon tea, snacks and alcohol daily. The location is super convenient which is right in front of ski lift and gondola. It only take 2 minutes to walk from the hotel to the slope.

The room we stayed is dated, especially the carpet in the entrance has stains which is not clean. I reflected the uncleaned areas to the staff but they are able to resolve the issue immediately. So no complaints at all.

Directly opposite the lift, social lounge with drinks and snacks provided daily. Small shop with additional drinks and snacks available. Buffet Breakfast was spectacular. This hotel had everything we could have wanted. Discounted lift passes and good ski hire equipment in the lobby. Although it was very family focused with a kids club area, we didn't hear a sound whilst in our room and never noisy with kids (wouldn't have minded if it was we love kids but ours are all grown up).

First impressions was a little dated but as we got comfortable it had all the conveniences.

Staff very friendly and helpful.. the dinner with free flow alcohol is really amazing.. lots of freebies throughout the day like free snacks, alcohol drinks from 7.30-9pm, free flow of hot/ice coffee, chocolate, etc throughout the day is amazing… there are activities like getting stamps as well as marshmallow toasting for kids. Location at the foot of the ski lift of kitanomine and bus stops for both lavender bus to furano station & the Hokkaido resort liner from the airport is just amazing!!

Great location with the ski area just across the street. 15-20 min walk and you'll be at downtown Furano. Free parking in front or back of the hotel. Separate lockable ski storage outside the entrance, so no need to bring skis into hotel. Breakfast was out of this world and the small treats (sake, soda, ice-cream, crackers, coffee,...even beer) offered around the hotel is a reason in itself to stay here!! Also the fairly priced priced buffet was memorable. Well known fact might be that the use of the English language is not always doable but the staff really made an effort to help, and if we failed understand each other they always directed us to an English speaking member of the staff! Great in house Onsen, both indoor and outdoor options. Small dressing area though! Slippers and robe provided by hotel. We were a group of 9 skiers and all of us found this establishment to be one of the better ones we've stayed in over the years, especially considering the price!

Having rooms with three beds, storage and hanging up clothes became a minor problem. Otherwise I find it difficult to find something to complain about....

It's a fantastic location with so much to love! Directly opposite the ski field at Furano but close enough to walk to restaurants and downtown Furano. There are so many extras to enjoy...free snacks, a marshmallow pit, free beverages all day, every day, including free "beer hour", all your onsen extras, a library with heaps of books and games, a music room, an amazing indoor kids area, a pillow library! Seriously, this place has it all and then some. Did I mention the buffet breakfast, which you can include during your stay, with many Japanese and Western options? As an added extra, you can get the dinner buffet, at Y50000, for all-you-can-eat, cook at your table, meat and seafood, and all you can drink is just a winner all around. Price-wise, everything you get is extremely reasonable. I will definitely be returning here ASAP!

Nothing I didn't like.

Excellent location (across the street from the lifts). Clean as a whistle like all Japanese lodging establishments. Can eat off the floor. Firm and supportive bed. Public bath perfect! Breakfast buffet varied and good (came with the stay). Dinner buffet less so (and rather pricy) Free (non-alcoholic) drinks 24 hr in the lobby. Free snacks in afternoon perfect for a quick post-ski tie-over. FREE DESSERT!

Nothing I dislike. But I noticed a large number of mis-spelling (English) on signs.

Excellent location - airport shuttle stop right outside, 2 min walk to gondola. Loads of extras including free drinks any time of day, snacks in the afternoon and generous buffet. Onsen was spacious, with an outside area. Good hotel for non-skiers and kids - reading area, work cubicles & kids’ play area Personal touch - thr GM came around at dinner, offering to take photos.

Only 1 lift for a relatively big hotel. Rooms were a bit dated, and could be cleaned better - dusty.

An excellent hotel for family. Rooms are slightly bigger than average Japanese hotel size but a bit dated. Between 4pm and 8pm, there are sweet treats and small bites if one is famished. Good for people to chill after skiing for the day. Loved grilling the marshmallows over charcoals. Good hotel for young kids as it has a huge play area. Adults and teenager can indulge with board games. Feels homely. Buffet dinner is good value as it includes beer/wine / hard liquor. Great breakfast spread ! Hotel is very close to ski slopes. However, skiing is only available from last week of Dec onwards. Loads of parking available at the hotel. Hotel staff is extremely helpful (speaks a little English)

The beds could be more comfortable. The onsen water temperature seems mildly warm - (39.5 C / 41 C). Despite the wide food options for breakfast , sliced bread was not available
