Great location - 10min walk from Shinjuku Station and in very busy neighbourhood. Great costumer service!!! We lost our connection flight and arrived one day later. The lodging was very attentive and changed our reservation without charges of the lost night. Big Japanese style room. Comfy bed (Japanese style)

Doesn’t have a blackout in the window (since is the middle of a busy neighbourhodd there too much light in the room). Although the room was facing a parking lot there was too much noise during the night

The room is super cool and well decorated, it's exactly as it shows in the pictures. The AC was good as well as the shower. Loved that they had so many toiletries available. Staff was super friendly and available 24/7.

The bathroom is a little small and the matresses were very thin. The closest subway station is a little far, like a 10 minute walk.

Very accommodating staff that speaks english. We did two separate bookings for Monday and Thursday, we asked if we can have our luggages stored in their place while we are away, they did it free of charge. Then we arrived early morning of Thursday, the place is still full but the staff assisted us around the neighborhood to check for a REST accommodation before our check in. We asked for help since the other hotels in the area only entertain Japanese-speaking people.

Our 3 day stay in Tokyo wouldn’t be complete without business hotel yamashiro 🥰. One of the best way to experience Japan is by staying to a Japanese style hotel where you can feel the authenticity 🥰 this hotel offers 24/7 reception ( very polite staff ) clean and spacious room. The location is prime like 5-10 mins away from shinjuku metro station and 5-10 min away to Toho cinema where restaurants and pub are all in.

The staff is super nice, the place is in a great location, everything is super close. The station is like 10 min walk and if you want to enjoy the night of Shinjuku I would recommend this place. We only used just to sleep and shower so I would say if you exploring all day and hit the night this is a perfect place to stay.

The room is very cozy and the staff is very friendly. The room is very clean, and they cleaned the room everyday. There are many restaurants near the hotel. For the price we paid, it was an excellent accommodation. I highly recommend!

It was too bright in the room at night because of the sign lights from outside. I could also hear people talking loudly as it is in the red district area.

The staff were polite and allowed us to leave our things prior to our check in. Hotel's location is right in the heart of Shinjuku so if you want to experience and see Shinjuku things, I'd recommend this place.

No elevator, but the staff brought up all our luggage to our room :)

The location was great and we had no problem with using trains or subway. Traditional room with tatami flooring and futons was also benefit for us. Service vas very nice and we had no problems with check in.

Room was a little bit worn out and it woud be nice if we have hangers for towels and clothes in front of bathroom.

I loved the staff in the hotel, they were very helpful and nice and available 24/7. The hotel's location is very close (15 minutes from Shinjuku station) and close to the night life and convenient stores. We booked the traditional Japanese room and it was cleaned and pretty much traditional - sleeping on futon, design of the room. You will also get TV in the room and there is AC as well. Fast wi-fi included. The toilet was a bit small but they changed towels every day. Would 100% come back because of the staff, location and the price.

If you have a heavy suitcase, the hotel doesn't have an elevator, so it can get a but difficult if your room is on the higher floors. But the staff is very helpful and will offer to help you with the suitcases. If you have a problem with love hotels tho, the hotel is located very close to them but for us, it was not a problem. Also, don't expect a view, the room had a window but we could only see an alleyway but again, it was not a problem for us.

Large room with tatami mat and futon beds, private bathroom and toilet in the heart of Shinjuku. 24 hour receptionist, all of whom were very friendly and courteous. About a 5 minute walk from the "Big Screen", maybe 10 minutes to Shinjuku station and highway bus terminal.

The room was a bit old and showing some wear and tear, with a faint smell of cigarette smoke, but it did not detract from the comfort of our stay.
