Superb little place close to the Shinjuku train station (the one that you arrive at from Narita) and also to the underground entrances. It's nice and quiet, the staff very welcoming and there are plenty of convenience stores in the general area if you need food or drink. There's a vending machine for drinks right in front of the hotel.

Location was really good. Walking distance from metro stations and very close to convenience stores, restaurants and supermarkets. It was easy to find as well. The room had all the amenities (including very good toiletries!) and was cleaned regularly. Staff were very nice and helpful.

Room was small. We knew it when we booked it, of course, but I didn't expect it to be that tight. Despite that however, it had everything we needed-- fridge, slippers, even a water heater. Toilet was also small but facilities were good, so as long as you accept how small it is, then there weren't any problems anymore.

Location was exceptional. Room is good and clean. Other than that it is a 2 star hotel no facilities is provided except a room, so for what it is it is indeed superb. I'll add another description of the location. It is located 1 min walk away from a metro entrance of Higashi Shinjuku station.. So you are in the Ikebukuro - Shibuya train in less than 5 min max. There is another line in the same station that will take you east to Tokyo Station and other areas, it takes another couple of minutes to walk to that platform which is in the junction south to the hotel. There is a combini 1 minute walk and cafe and macdonalds nearby. It is 10-15 min walk to kabukicho.

No parking, hard or impossible to access by car.

Excellent location, less than a minute walk from the B1 exit to Shingashi-Shinjuku station, so convenient!! And multiple 7-11s, Family Mart, McDonald's and other food spots to eat nearby. Very easy walk or quick train to Shinjuku station.Such a great spot, room was much bigger than we were expecting. We could leave open our 2 large suitcases in the room and still have plenty of space. Very clean, with daily housekeeping and fresh robes + towels daily. Fantastic value also, would definitely recommend! Would happily stay here again in Tokyo!

Clean room, good price. Very friendly, helpful staff that spoke English. Unique location tucked into a quiet residential area. Short walk to the main road and subway station. Felt safe walking back to the hotel at night. Nice to have a mini fridge in the room.

The set-up of the room was a little odd. Climbing the ladder up to the loft / bed was amusing at first, but a bit of a hassle overall. The loft / bed area was quite warm and getting the AC to cool this area took time and made the rest of the room too cold. The bathroom reminded me of cruise ship bathrooms - quite small, but clean.

Location to the JE train line, entry/exit was right around the corner. Conveniance stores all around. Reasonably quiet. Close to the bright lights of Shinjuku. Had access to a paid washer dryer. The L3 room in the other building had space to more space. Loving the Japanese heated toilet seats.

Washer/ dryer was in the 2nd building. "Google maps" got us close but not exactly to the doorstep. No layby to unload luggage and sort out room keys. The parking that is nearby could be explained a bit better. The lower floor "economy rooms" are quite small.

We enjoyed the homely feel of the hotel as well as the rooms, which were clean and organized. It was pleasant to have have a room on two levels, which allowed for more luggage and liveable space. The hotel stuff was amazingly kind and helpful, which made the experience the better.

The air around the bed, which is located in the mezzanine, is way hotter than the air downstairs, which forced us to leave the A/C to full blast to have an enjoyable room temperature. The room view was not great, since it was on a side road with a bunch of electrical cable outside the window, but in Japan we have had way worse views.

The hotel was in a very good location. Close to the train station and easy to get to other major attractions in Tokyo. The room was good- the bed was on another level, so we had stairs to get up to it. The toiletries they use are great. Whatever brand it is, my hair has never been so soft and shiny.

Would have liked a small couch to sit on in the main area, but the chairs were ok as we didn't spend much time at the hotel.
