Our one bedroom was Spacious and clean, beds were comfy. Kids enjoyed sleeping on the Tatami We had 4 people staying and we never once felt cramped. The bathroom was one of the biggest I’ve stayed in Tokyo I can comfortably have 4 large suitcases open Umbrellas provided at the front door of hotel was handy on raining days I liked that the room had a shoe horn to use by the door

Lack of cleaning provided by the hotel, once every 4th day then once every 7 days is pretty lazy. When they do come and clean they don’t even bother stocking up on the basics like toilet tissue, dishwashing liquid and laundry liquid. So you have to take time from your busy holiday and go down to the desk and ask. We stayed 13 nights and not once did any of the Staff greet you or look up from the front desk :/

The hotel is service-style and comes with a cooking stove and dryer. Since we are mainly visiting the Tokyo area this time, we stayed for five consecutive nights. We don’t have to worry about carrying luggage. We can wash our clothes every day, so our luggage is easier. There are supermarkets, sushi restaurants and beef bowls nearby, which are basically convenient for breakfast or dinner. You can also buy a lot of discounted food when you go to the supermarket at 8 o'clock in the evening. After a little cooking in the kitchen, you can taste an authentic and cheap dinner. Because it is a relatively new hotel, the interior is very clean and has all the necessary things, such as cooking utensils, laundry detergent, microwave, vacuum cleaner, etc.

It's far from Ueno Station, a 10-minute walk. Fortunately, there is Shin-Okachimachi Subway Station nearby, so it's convenient to get in and out. Most of the time, there is no customer service in the lobby, so we have to rely on tablets to communicate and process, and we cannot store luggage in the lobby. If you don't plan on using the kitchen and laundry facilities, the price feels a bit expensive!

The property was very accommodating as we had to arrive at 3am and I did have difficulty getting in at first but they came out to help me enter and check into the building which was amazing. The property had everything you needed. It is great for a family. The location was awesome too as we were located in a more quiet area but as soon as you walk down the street that’s where the live attractions are. There is a subway station very close by and if you need to go to a main subway station you have the option of walking 10 mins which is also where the shopping areas are. The staff was very pleasant and helpful as they would supply any extra towels and supplies if needed and assist with additional garbage disposal.

It was very spacious compared to other Tokyo properties and it was conveniently close to the train station (2 minutes walked); which is the station we used throughout our stay. There is also a washing machine! Will definitely stay here again.

We arrived earlier than check-in time and they did not have luggage storage. We had to take our luggages back to train station and put in coin locker until check-in time. Additionally, they only clean rooms for extended stays beyond 7 days, so we didn't get our room cleaned during our stay.

The place is very nicely positioned, with good metro access. Quiet, near a calm local market-like road, with many convenience stores nearby. The apartment itself had everything we needed for our 11day stay, from kitchenware to space to store pur belongings. Also having a washing machine was a very convenient.

Based on location, if you want to eat around the place in the evening the options are a bit limited since it isn’t that close to tourist spots (although there is Ueno and Akihabara nearby but it requires additional steps :) ).

Location - Close to Shin Okachimachi station A2 exit close to family mart. Sushi shop 50m away with delicious food. Fruit and veg shop 50m away. 8 minute walk to Okachimachi and the vibrant Ameyoko Shopping Streets. Accommodation - washing/machine dryer was very handy. Air conditioning was ice cold. Staff very friendly and able to supply new towels/sheets and other supplies when we needed them. Bathroom was great.

The Tatami mattresses very thin and not that comfortable.

Very spacious, the cheapest and spacious for a family of 5, there’s 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 living rooms, can accomodate 2 people for each living room provided mattress n sofa bed as well! Got kitchen to cook + fridge + utensils + washing machine/ dryer + laundry detergent which was very convenient! We can wash our clothes which piled up from 4 days before! Near to shin-okachimachi station like at the back of the hotel, around 1km to ueno station. Got LAWSON nearby if you wanna buy things. Self check-in/ check-out which is really convenient if you reach out of the working hours, passcode at the main entrance and even to your house.

The shower/ sink water is not too hot.? We went in Apr, the temp can drop up to 10c and its quite cold

Room was very spacious for 2 people. We had 2 twin beds and 1 sofa bed. Very clean and comfortable. Location was great in my opinion. It was quiet and felt more like a neighborhood, about 20 min walk to Akihabara and about 25 min walk to Asakusa and Senso-ji temple. Very close to train and subway stations to take you to anywhere around Tokyo. Would stay here again if available in the future.

They do not allow luggage storage at this facility which can be inconvenient so definitely something to be aware of. The laundry machine in our room was not working properly so we ended up having to go to a nearby coin laundry facility. No extra amenities (toothbrush, razors, comb, etc) - this was not an issue for us as we had our own but be aware of this.

I like neatness of the place, clear and timely English instructions in checking in and out of the hotel, the variety of appliances which I was expecting when I booked the place (everything works), the location to the Oedo line (via Shin-Okachimachi station) was just 5 mins walk, lots of convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance, quiet and safe neighbourhood.

The washing machine has all Japanese instructions. The hotel did provide an English version of the instruction but it was Google translated and there were some guessing around before I could confidently use it for my clothes. There is only 1 combustable bin in the room. There are times where we need to dispose more especially for longer stays.

Ideal accommodation for a one-week stay. The room has everything you could think of, is clean, comfortable, relatively spacious for the price in Tokyo, and a delight to return to at the end of the day. It's a perfect area to explore around Ueno and Asakasa, and a quick ride to everywhere else with multiple connections within 10 minutes walk. Would gladly return.

Wasn't clear what to do with our trash for a one-week stay but it seemed to work out fine leaving a bag at our door. No complaints really, fantastic place to stay and a well-managed new property.
