Surrounding neighborhood was cool to explore if you're looking to shop. Ginza was a short walk (10 minutes away). Yakitori alley was 2 minutes away. Great for late night vibes and food. The nearest train station was close (a few minutes walk). We also had the breakfast (around 1500-1700 yen) for one morning and it was superb. You pick your base set (Japanese or western) and then there's an AYCE section that included miscellaneous food (Miso soup, yogurt, bread, natto, etc.). You also get a nice street view from the second floor. Staff was friendly and there is a designated english-speaking staff member. We also did luggage forwarding which was on the far left of the check in counter. Staff was extremely helpful and filled in the paperwork when asked.
The room itself was small for two people. Some of the furniture in the room seemed worn down. For example, the wood on the furniture was chipped and the door handle to access the fridge was falling off the hinge.

1. The location is fantastic. There are three different Metro lines around the hotel. Moreover, there are also many great restaurants and bars around. And just 3 mins walk, you can go shopping at Ginza. Most importantly, if you love jogging/running, you can definitely enjoy running around the Palace since Remm Hibiya is very close to the Palace. A round trip from the hotel and running one round of Palace is about 7k. 2. The size of the guest room is okay for one person, but a bit small for two. But I guess it is normal in Tokyo, especially in the central Hiniya area. Although it is not that spacious, it is indeed clean and comfortable.
1. The free WiFi is not stable... I tried to use it for having conference calls (Google Meet) but it disconnected once per 5 mins. However, it was still stable when I used my iPhone for messaging apps or browsing IG or FB. Therefore, for those who may need to have conference calls for business, you'd better ensure you have a backup such as a data plan on phones. 2. There is no self-service laundry room in Remm Hibiya. If you plan to stay for long and need to have laundry services, you should reconsider it before booking. The hotel does have laundry service, but it is very expensive.

We stayed in several hotels during our three weeks in Tokyo/Singapore. I did not rate this room until we completed our journey and we had a feel for the good and bad hotels the reality is, Japan hotel rooms are small. This room was done right for Tokyo hotels. The room and bathroom were fairly sized and allowed us to comfortably stay (including accessing clothing etc I luggage). We stayed in 5 different hotels all in the same price range and this is a good pick.

Blinds that actually make the room fully dark, which is helpful if you want to sleep late. The massage chair is a great touch, and works well to soothe your back. It provided both an extension with USB plugs, as well as a connector with a variety of interfaces for charging. Decent drip coffee bags at the reception (but don't get your hopes too high up). Extremely conveniently located, close to Ginza and a brisk walk - or one stop - away from Tokyo station.
Not that much space in the room. Small trash can, which made it difficult to help them with the "eco cleaning" bit, since it required emptying regularly.

This hotel was a great introduction to our holiday in Japan. It’s in a fantastic location close to all amenities including a JR line, restaurants, 7/11, etc. The staff were very friendly, happy to answer any questions, and also spoke a good amount of English. Check in and check out is quick and easy with their self-serve system which operates in different languages.
The room was very small, leaving little room to adequately store and use large pieces of luggage. If you are travelling solo, this room would be suitable for you. However, considering we only stayed in this room for one night in transit before going to our next destination, the room size was manageable.

The location was really convenient for us as the hotel was close to several subway lines, shopping district and few tourist areas. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I loved that there was a chair in the shower that I could sit on while taking a shower after a long day of walking around. The massage chair was also a nice touch albeit a bit small.
Our room's window was in the shower stall so didn't have much of a view in the room. The space did feel cramped with two people but from what I understand about Tokyo, this is fairly typical for the rooms at the price range.

The hotel is near several train stations, less than 10 mins. Also very near to the Imperial Castle, which is 15 min walking. Ginza is just crossing a street. Even Tokyo station is 30 min walking. A lot of places to eat! The room had a massage chair, very useful after hours walking. The staff was very attentive and always smiling. I'll pick this hotel if I come back to Tokyo.
The room is not so big, for tourists with big luggage. This hotel is more focused for executives or short stays.

The room was clean, it was tiny but expected it. location, location! a few minutes walk to the Imperial Palace, many great food options near by, traditional fares under the train bridge, and more high end restauratns in Midtown and Ginza. We took the bullet train from Tokyo Station which was a short taxi ride. The breakfast was ok, but there are options nearby.
There was a small massage chair in the room. I guess some ppl like it, but I'd rather have space for storage than that.

The location is fantastic! Hibiya is a charming area surrounded by parks, malls, restaurants, theaters, shopping attractions, and nightlife. It's well-connected to other parts of Tokyo via JR and metro, and you can even walk to Ginza in just 5 minutes
After my recent post-pandemic trips to Japan, I observed that some folks in the travel industry here seemed a bit shy when it comes to interacting with foreigners. In certain hotels, you'll find incredibly supportive and helpful staff, while others might be a tad reserved and avoid striking up conversations.

I like the massage chair but I had little time staying in the room. I wish I could have more time so that I could use it for relaxation. The location of Remm is fairly good. The meeting venues where I had to attend meetings were just walking distance from Remm. Big Camera store is also near the hotel. Breakfast ... I love it. Over the three nights of stay, I enjoyed each morning Japanese style breakfast as well as other things like soup of the day, Miso soup, hot coffee, etc.
If the room is a little bit more spacious, then it would be wonderful. I don't know if the room for two persons would be of the same size of space or not. It would certainly be too small for two occupants.
