It was very clean and spacious. The shower felt amazing and I absolutely loved all the toiletries they provided. I liked that they had a table where I could eat my food. I also loved the balcony and that they had an air purifier in my room.

The only thing I didn't like is how small the kitchen area was and the bathroom. I also wish I could've opened the window in my room, but the balcony could open so it was fine.

This tiny boutique hotel only has 8 rooms. The lift goes to each floor. Spacious room with a dining corner and a sofa. A rarity in Tokyo. Staff spoke excellent English, they were warm and welcoming. There is a little police post in front of the hotel and that gave me some assurance as street quiet is quiet on weekends.

The location is slightly further away from the train station so if you mobility issues, take a cab to Tokyo Station, it only costs between 800-1000 yen.

Very accessible area to transit and bigger neighborhoods such as Ginza and Shibuya, also HatchĹŤbori has some hidden gems close by. Room included a kitchenette, ideal for longer stays. Staff was also extremely helpful, they helped us coordinate luggage delivery to the next part of our trip and even added a water bottle we forgot in our room when we checked out!

This was a great find 5 mins walk to Hatchobori station on the Keiyo and subway lines. A big room for Tokyo standards. Quiet and well appointed. The bathroom and kitchen are sort of in one which may sound weird but it works and it has a fridge-freezer and cooking facilities. No bath but an excellent shower.

The room was a good size for 2 people. Shower was amazing and location was great. Recommend doing your laundry at the laundry mat down the street instead of using the one there. We put our laundry in at 9am and by 9pm, it still wasn't dry.

The pillows were not comfortable and the laundry machine wasn't great.

Quiet but convenient location. Staff were excellent. Good size room for Tokyo.

Nothing major! 8th floor room was.not quite as good as the 9th floor room with no streaming service on TV. The fire escape green light in room does cause light pollution in room overnight.

The size is considered big for the price and its location. The amenities such as frying pan, microwave, plates etc also provided by the hotel.

The lift lobby is quite small for baby stroller but still managable.

The apartment was pretty big, compared to the normal hotel room size in Tokyo. The staff was very kind to let us leave our luggage before check-in and after check-out, as we had more free time in Tokyo and did not want to stroll around with it.

There was unpleasant smell in the kitchen's room. No
