Right next to Lawson. Location is not far from Tokyo station. We took cab to/from Tokyo station and didn't cost much. The room is clean but the cleaning only done once during our 4 night stay. The staff is very kind. My younger son had upset stomach and he threw up in the middle of the night. The bedsheets and everything got soiled. The staff changed the new bedsheets and cover the next morning. The 2 queen size beds and even sofa bed are comfortable.

Kitchen appliances (except kettle) and washing machine are not available. Only provided 4 small water bottles for our 4 night stay and that's it. The request to change for new bedsheets can be done the next day around 10am.

Great boutique Hotel for 2-3 persons, each room takes up the entire buildings floor, with 3 beds available in each room, includes easy to use bathroom and a good balcony with chair. There is an AC and floor heating for Tokyo cold nights. Bring the correct power adapter(110v). The room has only the 2 prongs type power outlet(not 3), plus 1 usb-A outlet next to the available outlets. There is a small fridge to full it up from the convenience store next to the hotel(Lawson). The Reception Ladies are darling of this facility, always there till 5pm to greet you and resolve any concerns you may have. They can also hold your luggage on check-in and check-out days till 5 pm. Room cleaning is on every 4th day of your stay. Trash pickup daily before 10 am placed outside your room.

We didn't like the pillows. I hope they change to normal pillow next time. I'm also not clear if there is self check-in after 5pm. I hope to get some clear info on that part. The couch bed didn't include a normal pillow or a worthwhile blanket for the 3rd person. Hope this improves.

Hotel Vintage located near to Tsukiji Market ( you can walk for 8-10 minutes). A lots of park with playground around the area too. Because our schedule was very flexible, we often visited the park and my kids love to play in the playground. We found 3-4 different playground park around the area. Lawson located beside the hotel, so if you need something, you just need to go down. The room is clean and big for tokyo size (for 3 adults and 2 toddlers). We still can walk inside the room with 2 big luggage, 1 medium luggage and 1 handcarry + stroller. They have hot water kettle, but no microwave in the room. It's okay, they have 1 microwave in reception area. The hotel also provide, pajamas too. The staff was excellent, helpful and friendly. We arrived at night, but we already sent our luggage in advance. When we arrived, our luggage already inside our room. They have recommendation for local restaurants around the hotel, also laundry, and service that you need. I'm already recommend this hotel to my friends :)

The hotel is 6 minutes away from Hatchibori station and there is a Lawson just right beside the hotel. In fact, there are many convenience stores around the vicinity. Room is big enough for the 5 of us, and still enough space for our luggage. We stayed 5 nights, and they did a room housekeep in the midst of our stay. Although I don't get to see the staff most of the time, but when I see her, she is polite and able to speak English fluently. Another 1 more thing I like to mention is that we arrived pretty late for check in, no staff was around but the instruction for self check in was clear and easy. With a click on their web app, I was able to retrieve the room cards easily.

Probably the only thing I dislike is the long walking distance in the Tokyo station to the train line to Hatchibori station.

This was our main stay during our two week trip in Japan and we stayed for about 12/13 nights. This apartment was incredible. Two double beds, a sofa, table, balcony and great shower and washroom. This really was everything we needed for our stay, the room was also very modern! There is also a very convinient Lawsons right next door! The closest train station is only about a 7 / 8 minutes walk away :) I would love to give a special thank you to one of the staff members, a young lady, who we didn't manage to get the name of. The day we arrived I wasn't feeling very good and felt quite sick (after eating some bad food). After letting the receptionist know, they let me up the room to rest a few hours early before we were meant to check-in, and that really really meant a lot to me. I hope she gets to read this as I was very very appreciative!

Not a single bad word!

We were an adult family and friend (6 in the party) and therefore had two apartments. Each apartment is one floor of the building. There is a small lift and stairwell towards the back of the building. Even though this is a small building, the layout of the rooms meant it didn't feel cramped. The beds were fine for a couple, and large for a single. The whole apartment was very clean and roomy, there was even a balcony area. The lounge area was comfortable, and the bathroom was large and had lovely shiseido products. The guest amenities were located near the reception this included hair ties, pyjamas, razors, toothbrushes etc. Free water in the room fridge, and they provided free slippers which you could take with you (they now are used in my home!) I would definitely stay here again. We ate at the Yoshinoya down the street, and there was a convenience store next door.

The local JR station had a problem and so had to use the metro which was further from the hotel, luckily the excellent receptionist, Marika, was still there till 6pm. Also, the booking.com messaging system seems to have problems. I didn't like having to send passport details, photos etc. for this and other bookings, as it seems to be duplicated later in the process. The frosted glass wall to the bathroom could possibly be a problem if toilet was used in the middle of the night, and there were light sleepers.

We loved this little gem of a hotel. Very helpful with my questions before arrival, easy late check in (if you complete the online steps enroute from the airport), very spacious by Tokyo standards. Very comfortable for our family with two adults and two young teens for a week. We loved the quiet location, yet so close to many train and bus lines that we were a short hop anywhere. Convenient for Disney and Tokyo Shinkansen. Lawsons next door. Little balcony, which was nice. Great bathroom set up and lovely bath for soaking after a long day. Very clean and comfy, we even got used to the Japanese pillows, we were so tired after our flight we hardly noticed and then got used to them. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!!

It’s hard to find something we didn’t like…at a push it would’ve been nice to have a Netflix service for the two nights we were home early enough to watch tv. Most nights we were out (lovely safe neighborhood). But we did enjoy watching Japanese TV!

The hotel is away from the main hustle and bustle of Tokyo, close to 3 metro lines and Ginza is 20 minutes on foot. Plenty of local Japanese restaurants but if you want more Western options you have to walk a little further, Macdonalds and Dennys are about 15 minutes on foot. The Lawsons downstairs is a bonus, some days after sightseeing all day its easier to have a ready meal from there, they heat it up too, rarely more than £5. The airport (Haneda) is relatively easy via Takaracho, a 15 minute walk away. We rarely saw the front desk, its manned around 8.00 to 18.00, beyond that you need a key card to access the property. The rooms are spacious by Japanese standards and very comfortable for 2 people, 5 people bearable i presume. The AC was fine, bathroom excellent with electronic loo which is novel to first timers, big wet room with small bath. Would definitely stay here again, it was a great base for 2 weeks in Tokyo.

The key box was a faff as we arrived late evening, we had to use Lawson free wifi to get a signal to access the key, fine once you knew what you were doing, complex after 14 hours flying. Beyond that faultless.

The room was clean, the bathroom was ample, the elevator worked, and they provided a guest booklet with instructions on how to get new towels, when/where to throw your trash out. This makes all the difference when you're traveling to a country where you're not familiar with their customs or language. They also left a kit with extra pillows/blanket. Unfortunately, I forgot the front desk employee's name I think it was Aisha - she was a gem. Very sweet and kind.

The spacious room. Suitable for 4 people sharing 2 queen beds. The location. It is actually quite close to Ginza (15 minutes walk). 10 minutes walk to Tsukiji Fish Market. The closest metro, Shintomicho, is 5 minutes walk. Various small restaurants in the neighborhood. The staff is really helpful via booking.com chat message

No hook in the bathroom, thus we cannot hang anything other then 2 towels on the glass door handle. The 2 small windows do not have blinds, thus the bright morning light is a bother, especially when the sunrise is 4 am.
