Great location near Shibuya and Meguro with good access to train stations. We appreciated the free hot drinks, soft drinks and ice cream available in the lobby.

The rooms are smaller than UK hotel rooms but a decent size for such a central location in Tokyo.

Good location, 3 mins walk to local train station with easy access to Shibuya station (1 stop) alternatively you can walk to Shibuya centre which will take 15-20minutes. 7/11 and supermarket close by We enjoyed the free soft drinks self service and the seating/lobby area downstairs The room was clean Staff were great and spoke English well. A special thanks to the staff who helped me get my wallet back after losing it in a different city!

This hotel features a free drink bar (NA beverages) in the lobby and even includes SoftServe ice cream that is delicious! There is also a manga library with English text as well. The location is close to subway stations and it was a 20 min walk into the heart of Shibuya shopping and food area. The staff was very helpful with shipping our luggage to next hotel.

Our room had no view (window was frosted and did not let much light in) and was very small and dark. Also, I think 10 am check out is standard in Tokyo but almost everywhere else I stayed the checkout is 11am. I had to pay 1000 yen for extended check out at 11am but that is not so expensive so not really a big issue.

Clean, well located hotel just outside Shibuya - much quieter and lovely residential location. Shibuya is walkable from here in nice weather, and public transport is easily accessible. The room was small but clean - it's pretty dark decor so feels extra small, so the downstairs reception area with free drinks and places to sit is a nice touch. New towels provided every day. They have soft and firm pillows which you can ask for at reception.

Clean, great water pressure in the shower, excellent toilet, respectful staff, wonderful lobby with free water/coffee/soda/ice cream. The hotel is located about a hundred yards from Ikejiri-Ohashi station, making travel around the city super easy

Because of the size of the room, there's no closet - only three wall-hooks to hang a couple of things. That means that you have to leave all your clothes in your suitcase on the ground, but because the room is so small, that means you're stepping over suitcases whenever you're in the room. Suggestion - if the room is going to be this small, installing drawers under the bed would be a great way to save space.

The hotel was fantastic, free ice cream and coffee during the day, they also had drinks for sale if you wanted. They provided extra pillows upon request also. The location was perfect, easy to get to from the subway, just a few minutes walking. It was also next to a bunch of convenience stores and a grocery store if you need anything or want to stop for a quick breakfast. The room was small, but perfect for two people with two suitcases. I would stay here again without hesitation. Thank you!

Excellent location, 1 subway stop from Shibuya and walking distance to the cherry blossoms along the river at Nakameguro. Rooms are clean, though very small. Staff were very friendly. Great amenities in the lobby, including free drinks and ice cream.

Would have been helpful if we could have checked into one of our 3 rooms early as we arrived at 8am and check in wasn’t until 3pm. Paying 500yen to store our cases was a bit disappointing

Great stay and really convenient location, walking distance to Nakameguro, Shibuya and Otomesando. 7-11 and supermarket right next to the hotel. Free soft drinks and softice were nice. Very helpful reception.

Our towels were changed daily. Obviously great service, but not too friendly for the environment.

Great hotel in a really good location & a 2 min walk to a subway station. The hotel was clean and comfortable and offers free drinks and ice cream in the lobby! The hotel lobby also has lots of amenities if you need them such as hair brushes, bath salts, shower caps etc. The beds were comfortable. The rooms are small but that’s how they are in Tokyo! Would definitely stay again and would recommend.

The property was very close to the Ikejiri-ohashi station, from there it is only 1 stop on the local train to Shibuya, you could also walk (20min) from the hotel to Shibuya station. It was extremely convenient, especially if you miss the last train at night and don’t want to wait until 5:30am for the trains to run again. Rooms are small but as expected in Tokyo. Very good, staff were very friendly and welcoming.
