Stayed one night while visiting Upopoy. Staff was excellent and very helpful, held our bags, and put them in room while we were sightseeing so bags were waiting for us when we returned later. Property is older (room lighting could be improved and mattresses are slightly lumpy, but sufficed), but chose it for proximity to station (5 min walk), reasonable price, and how WC and sink are separate from shower. Combo shelving w/ closet was good for storage.
It’s older, so expect things that come with normal wear and tear. Parking structure looked sketchy, but we didn’t need to use it. Nothing bad enough to be a dealbreaker.

Value for money, Parking at building next door, not easy, a bit small but okay. Good location, comfortable, many amenities. Heating on winter is a bit too good, felt hot. But love the room- separate sink area, toilet, and bath. Very comfy and convenient.

Staff was friendly and were able to communicate in English. I appreciated the free ammenities such as shampoo, bath bombs, soap, slippers, pajamas, etc. The building was quiet, clean. I was also able to change my check-in time when I realized I was not going to be able to arrive on time!
I could not modify the temperature of the room.

Fantastic breakfast. Good and tasty variety. Freshly ground coffee. Comfortable beds. Clean toilet. Wonderful and thoughtful front desk staff. Lovely restaurant staff.
Dusty curtains. Plumes of dust set us sneezing when we tried to draw it shut. Room was also stuffy despite the air con set at high.

The 3 single beds we requested in the triple room were touching each other so we could not walk between them or access them easily.

Great location, just steps from the train station - The room was big with a sweeping view (request) - I liked the availability of face creams/lotions - There was use of a microwave - I was very happy with the use of a bicycle (which I had asked the hotel about before arriving...) - I liked the wet room (toilet separate)...
The window was completely sealed; I absolutely hate not being able to open the window (even just a little for fresh air...) - I wish the hotel had a better ECO (environmentally friendly) housekeeping policy...
