The place is a 2-star hotel, but it's better than the majority 3-star hotels I have been to. Very hospital staff, especially the night receptionist - Mr. Shafiq, who was exceptionally helpful throughout my stay. Great breakfast - delicious hummus and fried tomatoes. The location is decent - not too far away from touristic attractions, easily reachable with taxi/uber.

Facilities could benefit from some maintenance: I have faced a minor water leak in the bathroom, and the internet connection was unstable on some days.

1. The owner and the reception staff were excellent, quite polite and helpfull. 2. Our appartment (217) was spacious and in a good condition. 3. The kitchen facilities were enough for us, and if we needed something more we just had to ask for it. 4. The free parking at the basement of the hotel was spacious and safe. 5. The view from our balcony on the main street was the pine wood of Jordan Univercity. 6. The hotel was "best value for money".

1. The traffic in the main road was heavy during the day with enough noise. We had no essential problem with that (if you have, you may choose a side or back room). 2. The area around the hotel is hilly with few facilities. In 1,5 km north there is a quite good market with many stores. INFORMATION: The taxi cost for the c;ity center (Acropolis 9 km) is 5-6 JOD, for the airport 20-25 JOD, and the owner of the hotel can help you to rent a car in α reαsonable price.

I would like to congratulate the hotel manager for choosing the right reception team. They are very wonderful and can speak English to meet the request of customers, especially foreigners. This what distinguishes the receptionist. He must be fluent in speaking more than one language. A wonderful hotel with integrated hotel service. I love this hotel . It feels like my home in Amman . The Staff are super friendly. I stayed here for my first night in Amman and I was so pleased. After I finished my travelling in the south, I stayed here for another 2 nights before leaving Jordan. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else if I am in Amman. The room is very clean and spacious with all facilities I need . The kettle is a bonus. The bed is very comfy. As it is not in the downtown by the main road, it is very quiet . I had great rest after busy visiting places at day time . Thank you very much.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, the staff Mostafa and Shafeeq were very helpful, kind, supportive, and welcoming, which made the stay even better. This is the second time I stayed in the apartment and they took my concerns and comments into account and made my stay even better. I strongly recommend staying there!

Maybe try to do a more detailed cleaning especially the headboard of the bed.

The property was very modern and very well serviced. It was a great location central to a lot of things. The hotel staff was very fast and efficient and catered to all our needs. The staff at Al Qimah was excellent. Check in was easy. I requested a quiet room- and they provided one on the top floor. The bed was very comfortable and the internet always worked well. The room was a good size with a small kitchen that included a stove and microwave. There were also small stores and restaurants close by (Talabat delivery was also easy). Any questions or concerns I had the front desk always answered quickly. Overall, I would recommend AL Qimah to anyone traveling to Jordan for either short or long term stay.

There is no washer and dryer in the room but my laundry was able to be done on- sight.

Convenience. Everything is available and if it’s not the staff there are so nice that they will make sure they can get it for you. They also have car rental services available at the property. Special thanks to all the staff that made my stay enjoyable.
