Many thanks to Ms. Yara who showed genuine care, impressive availability and the ability to find a solution to any request quickly and with a smile. The room was spacious, clean and tastefully decorated, with attention to the small details that make you feel at home. The hotel staff is undoubtedly one of the greatest advantages of the place. Thanks to them, this vacation was one of the best I have ever had. I recommend this hotel wholeheartedly to anyone looking for high-quality accommodation and a family atmosphere.

This hotel was truly fantastic. We traveled as family, we booked two rooms with the hope we would be close to each other, instead we got a fabulous family suite with two separate rooms that were connected by a corredor, Perfect for families! From the moment we made our reservation we were contacted by the hotel staff asking us if we had any additional requests before our arrival. Very nice!!! Big and clean king size beds. High speed WIFI and smart TV’s easy to connect to my Netflix account. Breakfast and service was superb, Amazing variety of delicious food and drinks. Special shout out to the amazing Yara (guest relations manager) she made our stay even more delightful, always so attentive and care for every detail of our stay! Thank you! Free parking on the hotel. All facilities were well kept and clean, super nice pool area!

Great room and awesome view, The attention by all the staff was exceptional, everybody was very pleased to help, especially Hasan and The PR Yara.

Lovely, helpful and welcoming staff, room was fairly large, clean and well appointed. The hotel is far enough from the downtown core to be quiet and restful and yet a short and inexpensive Uber ride to the city. The pool area is clean and quiet although smoking is permitted. The staff strive to meet every request and expectation! This was a great choice of hotel for our needs and we spend another night here on our way home.

A very small point, but the breakfast didn’t include enough fresh fruit…and a no-smoking lounge would have been much appreciated.

This is one of the best stays I have ever experienced in my life. The hotel staff were amazing, they take customer care seriously and they show you extensive care in all details. Reception staff Mahmoud & Mohammad are my friends now, they allowed us very early check-in with no extra charge. Yara, the manager, is the hero of the hotel, she changed our room to a better room once she got available rooms, she took care of us like her family members. Restaurant staff are so nice and caring. House keeping are so good and polite, we forgot some gold and they rushed behind us to hand it to us quickly. Luggage team and parking team are so polite and smiling. I can't say except THANK YOU so much, you made our stay as amazing as you are. This team deserve to be a 7 star team. Looking forward to coming back again on our next visit to Amman 😀
