We didn’t have high expectations for a 3-star hotel, but our experience felt like 5-star quality. We were pleasantly surprised by the early check-in allowed by the kind receptionist, Mr. Rami, who also provided us with a room with an excellent view (Amman city view). The room’s cleanliness, particularly the spotless bathroom, exceeded our expectations for a 3-star hotel. The breakfast was outstanding, delicious sausages, fresh olive oil, and tasty vegetables. The lady waitress was very helpful and kind, and all staff members were friendly and genuine. Our stay was memorable, and we’re grateful for the exceptional service. We hope to return if we’re in Amman, Jordan again.

I had a wonderful stay. Overall, my experience was very positive. The hotel's location is convenient, with the only minor drawback being some midday traffic due to nearby hospital. Nevertheless, commuting to and from the hotel was generally smooth. The recently renovated rooms were spotless, and the quiet neighbourhood added to the overall tranquility. The staff, including Mr. Rami, the Admin Manager, were exceptional. Mr. Rami's helpful tips, guidance, and welcoming attitude made a significant difference. I appreciate the hotel's commitment to cleanliness and the friendly and caring staff. My stay was truly enjoyable, and I wouldn't hesitate to choose the Celino Hotel again in the future. Thank you for providing a positive and memorable experience.

Everything was perfect. The lobby, rooms and facilities were very well cleaned and well furnished. The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very tasty and delicious. The location of the hotel is very good, central to all beautiful places in Amman. There is enough place to park in front of the hotel or in the hotel garage. I will always stay at Celino Hotel when I come to Amman again. I am very grateful to all the staff and management of the hotel.

To be honest, everything was perfect, nothing was bad or unlikeable

We were very impressed by the friendly and welcoming staff. They were incredibly understanding and flexible with check-in and check-out times, and when we booked for the second night, they made sure to give us an upgraded room. The rooms were clean and simple, providing a peaceful retreat in a quiet location that was still conveniently close to the Boulevard and Abdali Mall. All of this came at a very convenient price, making it an excellent choice for those seeking comfort and value in their stay. Not to mention, the breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options, catering to various tastes and preferences, which was a delightful way to start the day.

First, the staff were wonderful and did their best in regards to ensuring we enjoyed our stay. Then, the location of the hotel was great for us: it's in a nice area, close to the Boulevard and easy to reach other attractions. Our suite was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was not only varied, but tasty as well. I warmly recommend it, would return anytime!

Nice, quiet location. 10-15 minutes walk to the mall and boulevard. Otherwise taxi/uber 5 minutes at very small cost (2-3 JD) Excellent staff Friendly manager Food and restaurant staff very friendly, small restaurant but variety of freshly cooked food

Minor things, the toilet shower need attention as can’t lower the force of water Bedside lamp needs closer switch

There is nothing not to like , every thing is well done

The most exceptional fact about this hotel is its staff. Everyone was so incredibly helpful and kind. We stayed for 8 nights and also worked from the room. I send my request for stable wifi connection in advance and they were very nice and put us in the biggest room they had, which has its own wifi router. The wifi was fast and stable. The room was spacious with a great view, enormous terrace and it was perfectly cleaned everyday.

The kitchen in the apartment had no equipment. There is no pots, cutlery, neither glasses or cups- just those which you get with complimentary tea/coffee. I am sure you could get the utensils if you ask for them but that's just not convenient. The breakfast was big and tasty BUT it was everyday the same food served to our table - hummus, falafel, beans, bread, two hardboiled eggs, strawberry jam and few pieces of veggies. All good until you stay for longer period of time and you can't even look at this food anymore :)

Fantastic staff are managing the hotel.This is fourth or fifth time to stay in this lovely hotels, and really the staff are still doing their best to make your feelings that you are stay in your home… Special thanks for all of them…

Although centrally located in Amman, you need a car or taxi to go anywhere - there's not much available in a walkable distance.
