Everything was incredible. The staff were phenomenal. I had a massage in the Spa wfich was wonderful. Mexican restaurant was amazing too.

The IC is on the top of their game—from the moment you enter, you’re in excellent and very gracious hands. The room ms are modern and the bed super comfortable. (You will love the bathroom with its rainfall shower!). And the front desk, restaurants, pool and spa are staffed with folks who make hospitality a friendly art. Upon finding out it was my birthday, the concierge sent up a specially designed birthday cake that was hugely meaningful. It’s these kind of touches that lift the hotel to its superlative standards. Don’t wait. Book a stay here. You won’t regret it.

The warm hospitality and dedication of the entire staff made my stay at IC Amman very special. Position is ideal and the internal settings's arrangement are elegantly comfortable; the lobby café-bar and the delightful Lebanese restaurant are particularly outstanding.

Perhaps the functioning of hydraulic and electric system might undergo a more accurate maintenance and cleanliness in a structure of this level could be just slightly improved

Very spacious hotel and a relaxed vibe. I was travelling on my own and always felt very welcome. There was was a proper bar with barstools that you could have a beer and Mexican food at while watching Premier League football. Good choice of restaurants and a very good breakfast. Helpful staff and very cheerful cleaning staff (all male). Spacious room with double curtains to keep out the light.

The alcohol prices are very expensive even by Jordanian standards - need better Happy Hour policy. The duvet was quite thin as were the blankets (it was very cold the first few days) - thick blanket would have been good.

The location, the hotel facilities and the general comfort of the hotel was excellent. The room service and cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful, always smiling and keen to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

While they had lots of staff on duty, the front of house staff were not very attentive to guest needs and not always friendly. The welcome we received when we arrived at 3am was not great although the duty manager did apologise the next day and upgrade our room which we appreciated.

Very modern, clean and friendly staff. when we needed something extra in our room the staff were extremely efficient and fast.

Amman is a very busy city. the location of the hotel was well placed for ease of visiting historical sites and travel to the airport.

This hotel was magnificent! As soon as we arrived the valet service took our car and our luggages were taken care of. The receptionists and concierge very incredibly kind and helpful at any moment of the day. No question was too much to ask. The rooms are very clean and the bed was so incredibly comfortable. For breakfast there is plenty of choice and the staff was very friendly and caring (just like all the others in the hotel). Welcoming the guests with a smile and always ready to answer any kind of questions. (I used to be late for breakfast and missed their delicious strawberry desert. The bakery chef promised me he would keep aside one piece for me for the next day. I thought he would forget,he didnt! I will never forget this!) The Lebanese restaurant is another level, I can't express how amazing it was. Very tasty food you want to eat everyday! And we literally did :) We stayed for 3 nights, and every night we went up to the wonderful terrace to enjoy the Middle Eastern dinner in the company of live music and a nice breeze. We made use of their limousine service. Jo brought us to the Citadella. He is a real gentleman and knows Jordan like the palm of this hand. He gave us very valuable advices and information. We had a very comfortable trip. The swimming pool outside was very beautiful, we enjoyed sunbathing as well as swimming very much. There is also an inside pool available. No need to bring towels, they are available on the spot. Wonderful hotel with great service, I would recommend to everyone!

Breakfast and staff are top!

The free welcome drink and snack was a scam. We got the (already free) peanuts. Also the barista did not know what to do with that voucher. SOP needs to be strengthened.

- Breakfast was delicious and when my partner had to leave for his flight, they made up a breakfast box for him to take with him. - Room was comfortable and large - Room Service was great - tasty food (portions were huge!) and it was fast - Restaurant had a nice vibe to it. The shisha was also a very pleasant addition. - They had gluten free and lactose free options at breakfast and lunch. - Staff were very friendly and attentive

It was a great stay! I don't think there is anything I would improve.
