The staff is friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any request you may have starting from the security man Mr.aref jaradat , the receptionest Mr. Shadi and the champions restaurant guy Mr. Bashar and ending with each one working in the hotel ... even the room service calls that always asking how to make our staying better ... Overall, the Marriott Hotel Dead Sea is the perfect choice for a relaxing and indulgent vacation. Whether looking to unwind by the pool, pamper yourself at the spa, or enjoy a gourmet meal, this hotel has it all. Very exceptional and i do highly recommend it a lot ... 10/10 🥰

Lovely hotel with everything you need here. Good restaurants (when open). Got their own stretch of Dead Sea and mud to use.

We stayed on a Sunday. The middle pool was closed the whole time and the lower pool (the best one) wasn’t heated at all. The spa on the ladies side had a broken steam room and jacuzzi. The best restaurant - the Oak, was closed on a Sunday but no information to tell us that. A number of the bars were also closed including the best ones for sunsets etc. this was probably all due to being low season but maybe lower the price while you do these things?

The cleanliness and attention to detail is impeccable, thanks to a very hard working team of staff that work here. We really enjoyed being able to go into the Dead Sea and mud up from within the resort. A few shout outs to staff that made our trip: Amer, who made up our bedroom with some very creative towel folding skills and decorated it with flowers. He also helped us out with extra toilet roll when we had food poisoning. Mary at Jo’s Café, who kept us fuelled and made damn good coffees throughout our trip. She was very friendly and respectable and we hope she continues enjoying working there. Omar at the Italian restaurant, who provided top quality service for our evening meals. We loved the bread selection that was served free of charge as a starter.

Unfortunately, we got food poisoning from their Champions restaurant on our second to last day. The front desk team helped by offering a two hour extension on the room the next day and their breakfast staff gave us bananas and peppermint tea to take to the room – we were very grateful for this help!

Very comfortable stay with nice facilities, access to dead sea and overall nice staff. Great breakfast buffet and good quality western restaurants.

Would avoid weekends, because of many families with small children and therefore crowded pools and chaotic buffets. Also the walls of the room that we stayed in were not sound proof, we could hear loud talking of people next to us and children crying. A bit of a shame for such high prices.

Overall, my experience at the Dead Sea Marriott Resort & Spa was nothing short of magical. It's the perfect destination for those seeking relaxation, rejuvenation, and unparalleled luxury. I like that all staff is cheerful service-oriented and want us to enjoy our stay. The hotel was full but we enjoyed every minute. The Spa is amazing as usual. I loved that the room service team is the same and special thanks to Odai who made us feel comfortable and welcomed us back. As I am a frequent visitor, I would say the breakfast is also improved (different good dishes are added)

One small thing that can be enhanced that (mini bar) checking person needs to hear permit before entering the rooms. knock twice maybe and ask politely to enter which did not happen. bathroom in the solarium room can need to have toilet papers and to be continuously cleaned.

Dead Sea Marriott Resort and Spa had beautiful amenities, close and easy access to the Dead Sea, clean and spacious rooms. We were greeted by Mohammed Kiwan who was warm and welcoming and even upgraded us to rooms with gorgeous views of the sea. We were so grateful as we enjoyed the views from our balconies. The restaurants at the resort were incredible, a particular shoutout to The Oak Tree where the food was phenomenal and staff so very kind and helpful. The breakfast was varied, fresh and delicious, and again, staff were beautiful and welcoming, a big thank-you to Vivian for her smile and memory of our coffee order!

We had no dislikes.

All staff was beyond expectations: kind, informative, careful. It made you feel pampered and ready for any need you might have. The hotel itself is beautiful, rooms are large (we were actually offered an upgrade for free and without asking for it, probably because that day they weren't fully booked) and cozy. The private beach on the Dead Sea, mud dispensers and pools were great, so as the breakfast, which offered plenty of options. As soon as you get into your room just enjoy the place and forget everything else.

Actually nothing, for a moment we were about to change plans to stay one more night.

What else can one say? It's the Marriott - impeccable in every way! I don't easily give 10 out of 10 stars, but this hotel has truly been a gem from the moment we checked in until the day we had to - unfortunately - check out. All the premises are spotless (including the pools and the parking lot). Everyone seems super nice, beginning with the gentlemen at the security gate - to the staff at the pools/restaurants. The food was great and the selection very generous. The views over the Dead Sea are absolutely amazing, whether you are on your balcony or at the edge of the 3rd pool. They also offer a shuttle to the beach, which seems to run every 5-10 minutes, so that guests can experience the Dead Sea and be able to return to the comfort of the pools any time they want. All in all, an amazing experience. Our only regret was that we could not spend more time!

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by your staff during my recent stay. I was particularly impressed by Ms. Michele's professionalism and attentiveness, as she went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction.

The overall experience was fantastic, with only two minor concerns. Firstly, the room view could have been better. Secondly, the level of cleanliness in the bathroom fell short of expectations. However, these issues did not overshadow the otherwise perfect experience. Thank you once again for the outstanding service.
