Except for the freezing pool, almost everything else was excellent.

While checking in, the front desk staff was unwelcoming. In general, staff needs more training to be friendlier with guests, whether they are foreigners or Jordanians. It is hard to believe that a hotel with the reputation of the Fairmont does not have heated pool water. We used it when it was extremely cold. The dental kit provided at check-in was used, but staff handled the situation right away. However, something like this shouldn't have happened in a hotel like this in the first place.

Amazing hotel, super nice rooms, loved the steak house resturant what a great ambient food and service Nassire was amazing , special thanks to Nyly from the reception for her lasting smile and help, the roof top Nasim is so lovely and cozy we loved it, Amazing gym by the way

did not like the breakfast was super limited in choice, the pool is super small we did not use it anyway as the weather was cloudy

What a fabulous hotel. We loved our experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The grounds were stunning. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully appointed. The bathroom was spacious and sleek. Our favorite was the breakfast—it was a bounty of delicious food, there was more than enough to satisfy the different tastes of our family members. And, wow, the restaurant was spectacular. It was comprised of several different spaces, each with a different decoration theme. We loved peeking into every room and taking in the incredible setting alongside our excellent meal. Our only regret is that our stay was short. I hope to return to this hotel again.

The breakfast was so good, I like so much, servis was good, staff was so kind and polite. I enjoyed the food and room there.

Maybe it's a good thing that the staff takes care of the seats of the customers who are assigned for breakfast, because after I was assigned a seat, when I went to get food, I saw that someone was sitting in my seat.

the smell was the first thing I noticed when I entered the hotel it was beautiful, I enjoyed my stay because they provide me with all I wanted in a leisure trip feeling like all your senses satisfied. I couldn’t be more thankful for the reservation team who made my trip even better by the surprise honeymoon amenities which is a beautiful cake with red flowers and balloons all over the room..all that for free ! the breakfast was good and delicious .. mr/musab done a great job with my kids he is so kind thank you for your good service and beautiful attitude 🙏🏼 amal from the front desk was fast and very helpful such a good example, thanks for the memorable fairmont pen i will be happy to use it in my work station 😁🙏🏼 thanks fairmont it will not be my last !

New hotel, hospitable staff, clean rooms. we got a non smoking room and it actually did not smell like smoke. good location. excellent restaurants and amazing breakfast selection within the hotel and helpful concierge.

I thought it was overpriced. some guests were smoking in the non smoking floor that we booked and it reached our room. we spoke to the staff multiple times and the guests still continued to smoke until they left the hotel. they need stricter rules about this issue.

Very comfortable Hotel with very good restaurants and superb food. Specially the cocktail lounge and café needs a special mention. Top design throughout. Very friendly and helpful staff. Definitely first choice in Jordan.

The surroundings do not invite for a walk. In the room the main switch did not really respond and all the lights had to be switched off separately.

The hotel is beautifully presented. The Gold lounge was worth the additional money. From arrival the service was excellent. The room was beautiful & included lots of extra touches to make the stay even more pleasant. The spa area was clean and well maintained.

Some of the sun loungers around the outdoor pool were broken & even though children were not meant to be in the jacuzzi and bigger pool they were.

This is not my first stay in Fairmont. the staff are always friendly, polite and very accommodating. The hotel in itself is very beautiful and luxurious.

We checked in late, around 1am so we arrived tired and sleep deprived from the airport. I was surprised the front desk staff did not know what kind of room we booked.. it was queen non smoking and he thought it was king smoking. He assured us we will be accommodated. Our first night, I noticed our room had the smell of cigarettes and in the morning I realized there was an ash tray on the table. Unfortunately, our stay was very short and I didn’t have time to change rooms to a non smoking room, keeping in mind I have allergies. I was out all day first morning and came in late. The second day we were leaving of course, so it wasn’t worth changing rooms. They did offer us late check out though which was nice.

Luxury, very clean, room service fast and great, amazing breakfast, fast response to any request, what I really like is the professionalism of the staff, very comfortable matress and great bathroom. Spa also very nice.

Very Small swimming pool for such a great hotel, club Gold lounge food can be better specially for the snack
