From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by your attentive staff. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that I felt welcomed and comfortable. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel's presentation did not go unnoticed, from the cleanliness of the common areas to the tasteful décor that created a sophisticated yet inviting atmosphere. The room exceeded my expectations in terms of both comfort and cleanliness. It was evident that the housekeeping team takes great pride in their work, as the room was impeccably maintained throughout my entire stay. The amenities provided added a touch of luxury, and I appreciated the thoughtful details that contributed to a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The dining options at Monarch were truly a highlight of my visit. The variety and quality of the food exceeded my expectations, and the culinary team's dedication to delivering a memorable dining experience was evident in every dish. The attentive service from the restaurant staff further enhanced the overall enjoyment of my meals. In addition to the excellent facilities and services, it was the genuine friendliness and professionalism of your staff that made my stay truly exceptional. Each team member I encountered, from the front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping staff, contributed to creating a positive and welcoming environment.

I'm not sure why this hotel is only rated 4 star! it should be 5 star and more! I've stayed in some seriously expensive hotels in my time and this hotel has surpassed every other 5* hotel! the Staff were super super friendly! Rawida arranged for us to go the dead sea and the hotel even paid for our entry fee to a resort which included lunch. Rawida also arranged a 2 day trip to Petra and Wadi Rum (she booked us a tent overnight experience and I was nervous being the clean freak I am, but honestly once again it exceeded my expectations as well); rest of the reception and Security team (Shane, Raed, Hamed, Mohammed Attar, Malik, Abu Sohaib, and Ashraf) were all amazing and were so friendly and caring including the gatekeepers who would open the gate just for us to enter on foot I cant thank them enough for making Jordan an unforgettable EXPERIENCE!

I'm still struggling to think of ONE THING I DID NOT LIKE!

The only 4 stars hotel in the area, the location was very good you can find everything you need around you, walking distance to many restaurants, supermarket, coffee shops, Amman university. the room size was very good, very clean, comfortable beds, complementary water, tea and coffee , fruit baskets. The bathroom comes with shower room which I liked, with all necessary bath kit set enclosing loofah. My reservation was including breakfast, and it was good. And the most important part was the superb customer service I received from my arrival to check out, I have never experienced such professional and magnificent customer service, specially from the hotel manger Ms. Rowaida as she welcomed me at the reception area upon my arrival and took me for a tour through the hotel facilities, in addition she was so kind to offer me a complementary afternoon tea during my stay, even the service I received from the receptionist Mohamed and the security Hamad was outstanding, they really deserve more the 10 stars for their professional service.

No mirror lights for Makeup No Shattaf for WC instead they have the Turkish style Shattf which is not very practical

Very important point: private parking. We stayed here one night: we were upgraded to a beautiful room. The structure is not far from the center: we preferred to leave the car parked and move around with Ubers (very cheap and always available) and then walk through the streets of the center. The hotel also has a very nice private pool and a gym on the top floor. Impeccable cleanliness and staff always available, attentive, precise, friendly and available. The room is soundproofed and we had no problem sleeping. The breakfast offers high quality products. Highly recommended!

The hotel is modern and in the western style. The shower was excellent. The breakfast was a buffet style with cooked options as well as toast and bread etc. They will cook an omelette for you if you ask. The evening meal was also buffet style with several dishes to choose from, including a vegetarian option, plus salads. The puddings are Jordanian so it was interesting to try them. The staff were very helpful and friendly and speak good english. The guest manager Mr Attar ensured that everything ran smoothly and arranged for a picnic breakfast for me on the last morning because I was leaving very early. I stayed at the hotel for a meeting for a week and then was away for a night before coming back. I was able to leave my large luggage at the hotel. The hotel has a good meeting room with a projector and provides water, tea, coffee and snacks during the day.

Some of the electric sockets did not take my UK plug (or a european plug) even though they looked as if they would. There was always a socket that did accept it so it was not a big problem.

The service from the staffs was impecable. It was a short stay but remarkble and memorable. Staffs are all attentive and ready to help. The breakfast was really good with many options from cold items to hot dishes items. I tried their dinner buffet and no doubts that they really have amazing chefs! Food was delicious and tasty. The hotel offers many facilities to enjoy while staying. I will recommend this property and i will surely come back. Keep up the good work and good service!

The receptionist Mohammad Al Attar was amazing! So friendly, professional and helpful and he made our stay awesome! He gave us free dinner and the food was just amazing. Hamad was very nice and smiling too and i believe this is one of the best hotels you can book in Amman. New rooms, outstanding service, delicious food and great location. I plan to stay in Monarch Hotel in every visit to Amman. Keep it up!

I really enjoyed the hospitality of this hotel. I felt very welcomed for my first time in Jordan. Mahmoud Almarazeeq was quick to address any issues I had and made my time here very comfortable! The hotel is very clean and nice accommodations, will be returning here on my next visit!

I wish there was more variety for the provided breakfast; however, the location of the hotel makes it easy to get very good food close by. Marouf coffee next door is a nice substitute for breakfast once in a while, and they have amazing burger spots close by like Burgerizz and Firefly!

This hotel is truly amazing. First, the basics: it is extremely clean, rooms are really nice and comfy, and it is quiet. Then, the staff. Every single person is incredible, super kind and helpful. Mohammed from the guests relationship has been wonderful during the whole length of our stay (5 days). Also, a big thank to Mahmoud who took the time to advise us for the things to see and restaurants. Absolute no brainer, if we come back to Amman we will stay here.
