This is a modern hotel, which is both clean and comfortable. We were upgraded on arrival to a Junior Suite room, which we very much appreciated. The swimming pool is located in the atrium, which is largely shaded, but was refreshingly welcome after 6 hour treks through Petra. The reception staff were both welcoming and helpful.

The main restaurant was spread out and we didn't particularly enjoy the food on offer at breakfast. The staff in the restaurant seemed to still need further training. The location of the hotel was slightly out of town leading to us getting taxis each night to go into town, which costs 15 JD return..

Assuming you are looking for a place to stay for exploring Petra and have your logistics sorted (rental car, private bus) I can fully recommend this new hotel. It's located just next to the king's Highway, so it is straightforward to find, but no worries about the "highway". In Wadi Musa the 35 is just a standard road without much traffic (both our rooms faced the street and we are very noise sensitive - no noise issue, we just enjoyed the look into Wadi Musa). To the Petra Visitor Center, it's a very simple 6min drive, where you have no major issue finding a parking spot (although before 10 am is recommended). Parking in front of the hotel is very convenient too. Our welcoming by the General Manager Ali Ghnaimat and his team was great. Very friendly and helpful! Overall the staff is excellent and you feel, that they are very caring. We enjoy all our interactions. The hotel is brand new and in excellent shape. Some parts are still in the making, like the fitness center (no need, if you really explore Petra ;-)) and the second restaurant (plenty of options in town besides the a la carte and dinner buffet in the Hotel), but I assume these will be done soon. Breakfast was like in other 4- to 5-star hotels in Jordan. We tried the dinner buffet once. The food was very good, but the staff made a real difference here again too. Great hospitality! As this hotel is used by international groups too you have the upside of food turnover. Yet, you might want to bring some noise protection (if you are noise sensitive) as some group members enjoyed talking in front of the hotel and in the corridors. When (not if) we come back to Petra, we certainly will book here again!

Not related to the hotel: Avoid "Petra by night"! Not worth it. Tickets are unlimited, and so are the crowds, which kills any atmosphere you might expect. Just enjoy your sleep and explore the endless beauty of Petra by day!

The personnel was super nice and respectful, specially they one in the lobby (specially Abdullah). Very helpful and keen to help. Staff very proactive

The Manager of the hotel was very impolite.

1. General: comparable to 5 Star hotel standards in almost ever areas except the price. 2. Personal: hospital, friendly, helpful and professional. The staff are well trained. As I forgot to close my car window at the first night, the staff found it out within half an hour and helped me closed the window. 3. Cleanliness: 5 stars level and I give 10 points 5. Facilities: complete new and in high quality. I often travel around the world in privat and business purposes and have experience with all kinds of 5 stars hotels. I can confirm that the hotel facilities includes restaurant, the furnitures, bathroom, bed sheet etc. are better than many old 5 stars hotels. 6. Breakfast: nice food with 4 stars hotel standards. Not so plentiful as 5 stars, but considering the price it is absolutely ok. The breakfast restaurant itself includes the view, table and service is 5 stars standard. Very nice. 7. Fitness and swimming pool: no comments as I didn’t use them. 8. Location: 6 Minutes drive to Petra entrance. Quiet and beautiful view to the town and mountains. As I came with a rental car, the location is perfect to me. For travelers without car, taxi is also cheap and and be easily arranged. I did not ask if they have shuttle bus service. You may ask by yourself if this is interest for you. 9. Price: the current price of this hotel is lower than other 4 stars hotel in Petra (Stand: March 2022) But I think they may rise the price gradually when the hotel is known by more people. From my point of view, they may have negative margin with the current price.

We were quite comfortable here. The room was very clean, and the bed and bathroom comfortable. Staff was exceptionally friendly. Communication before our arrival was excellent. Staff was very accommodating in preparing a late-afternoon snack and drinks after our day in Petra. Food in the restaurant was plentiful. We opted for the breakfast and dinner meal plan, which was an exceedingly good value. Parking is free and on site. This hotel is an excellent option near Petra if you have a car.

Clean, comfortable and conveniently located hotel (+ a nice view from the balcony). The predominantly middle eastern breakfast offers decent variety of food, and helpful staff. It's a pity that place like this suffer far most than international chains from the drop in tourist arrivals that Jordan is currently facing. The place is definitely worth recommendation.

You have to climb stairs a few stairs to the hotel and there's no lift or ramp (unless I didn't see it) which may be an issue if you use wheelchair or travel with babies (we did, so I had to carry the stroller up).

The property is located on a hill with a view of Petra. You will see beautiful sunsets. Our room was spacious and nicely decorated. There is a pool and gym on site. It is impeccably clean. The staff goes above and beyond to be helpful. To visit Petra, you can take a 5-10 minute taxi ride or walk about 30 minutes to the site.

The food was good but not great. The breakfast buffet is very generous with many options to choose from.

Very clean place. Breakfast was great. Hotel has been renews and everything looks brand new. I had a change to interact with manager and he was very nice.

Unfortunately the pool was freezing even in the middle of the summer (july). This is because it's an enclosed pool. The safeguard at the pool was giving us a very hard time when we went down to enjoyed to pool. I was giving us instructions and reprimands every 2 minutes. my take is that he didn't want my kids to be at the pool. He compliant they were splashing water outside of the pool Lol...and he wouldn't let our baby go in even when he had a pool dipper. What good is a beautiful pool if you can't enjoy it. This one event really messed up our experience there.

Best hotel near the City of Petra. Amazing decorations (oriental style, in good taste, premium quality). Staff friendly and eager to please. Hotel's manager - top notch. We received a free room upgrade. Rooms are exceptionally clean, spacious, with quality furniture. Amazing secluded exterior pool. The view is also terrific, especially at night. One of the best breakfast buffet in Jordan. Plenty of parking spaces. Highly recommended!

Poor English skills of some of the staff made communication difficult (make sure you double check every request, even if you receive a "yes"). No alcohol served at the location.

The hotel was amazing, very clean and modern. When we arrived we were given a free room upgrade and the view was great. We also had two buffet dinners at Khalil restaurant (inside the hotel) and it was very good and rich in options. The guys at the reception were fantastic, super friendly and professional.

One thing that is missing is a soap holder on the bathroom sink and some shelving for shower gel and shampoo in the shower/bathtub. Regarding the restaurant, some waiters are perhaps too concerned about your wellbeing and they keep coming to your table to make sure you are good or if you want anything else (even 2 minutes after we sat down). We appreciated the effort but after some time it becomes a little annoying
