Staff was very attentive

The flies...I know outdoor eating is impossible to be free from insects but mornings with the fruit out in the breakfast room was uncontrollable The beach cannot be enjoyed because there are so many people waiting to sell something they leave no one alone

There was no WiFi in the rooms

We had a great time at Sandies Malindi Dream Garden. The staff is exceptional and they make you feel welcomed and at home. The rooms are quite big, fully equipped with all necessities and toiletries. The veranda is especially nice for relaxation and if you want some drink or food the pool bar is just 10 steps away. The food is great, reasonable variety and they change the menu every day. On Saturday the dinner was at the garden with a live band playing and that felts special. Spa is very good and has a wide range of services. We greatly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely come back again.

Beautiful beachside hotel, only 10 minutes from the airport, with a great view of the ocean and great beachside amenities. Enough day beds and security. The hotel and restaurants are aesthetically pleasing with a great view at night. They have enough pools as well to accommodate a lot of people. The food was great, diverse and the staff are amiable. There are motorbikes and tuktuks that are easily accessible just outside the gate as well. 10/10 experience.

The bathrooms tend to flood when one is showering and mattress is quite hard but didn't impact the quality of the stay.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff were amazing. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early to freshen up etc. The service was exceptional as well throughout our stay. Overall, what i loved most about Sandies Malindi dream garden is its convenience since it's right next to the airport and at the beach front. The supporting staff were very active and engage you with activities at the beach and pool games which are children friendly. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone. I got to relax and unwind.

The stay was quite perfect all the way from the reception at check-in, the receptionists were quite versed with the services on offer and quite hospitable, not to mention Dennis Mutunga the head butler, always available on call and always a problem solver. Big-up to Jimmy Akumu and the FnB team, always on the ground and hands-on. Thanks to the kitchen staff, the table d'houte menus met the expectations in terms of flavor, seasoning and presentation. Areas to improve are on kids' menus and the tea station during breakfast.

Malindi Dream garden is really a dream garden. Wonderful, well maintained park with three sparkling pools. Perrfect beach with bar.

We upgraded our stay to a diamond suite. With our own butler we were spoiled at best. All included - meals in the Italian Restaurant Breakfast served in suite!

I liked the location and the hotel. It really looks good. The architecture had a lot of thought in it. There were many pools, it has a private beach, the entertainment was great as well as the food

The only thing that threw me off is when I checked in, moving from the cab to the reception there was no one to receive me or guide me on where to go. But other than that it was a great stay

Very nice design, 3 pools, very nice staff, decent food.

The checkout process was slow and painful due to a convoluted bill signing setup. For example- why do I need to sign for breakfast when it is included and you make me where a bracelet? And if I have to sign, why is getting the bill after a free breakfast so slow? The pools need to be cleaned earlier in the day and more carefully and you need more umbrellas at each pool. The beds are really hard!
