Sarova Woodlands Hotel is beautifully set up with very plush reception area and very smart and friendly and professional staff. Bedrooms were very comfortable and in a very quiet location. Unfortunately the Spa was unavailable due to refurbishment which was disappointing as we were really looking forward to a swim and use of the Spa after our busy travel around Kenya.

I have no negative comments as for my Nakuru visit was 15 years after I left Nakuru so that is my birth town with everything beautiful

We had a good stay at Sarova Woodlands hotel. The hotel is beautiful and very nicely decorated. Receptionist Nuna was very helpful and accommodating. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious - we had a very good sleep. The wifi worked perfectly. We spent New Year and the hotel organized an amazing reception and fireworks. We had a very good time. The next day, we received some happy new year chocolates - very nice. The dinner and breakfast were very qualitative, with abundant buffet. The staff were helpful and friendly too.

the pillows are huge - i couldnt sleep with them so i removed them There is a beautiful souvenir shop only that it was never open. This was disappointing

It was convenient. We felt safe at the property. The property was very clean amd taken care of.

I didn’t get a chance to use the pool. Also, it advertised a spa and workout center that wasn’t ready or usable.

It is really hard to point something out when everything is working so well. This is not my first stay at Sarova Woodlands Hotel and Spa and I am hoping to come back any opportunity I have. Lovely staff, great premises and nice and quiet place to stay.

My problem is charging water separate from breakfast

Staff were very nice and helpful. Most parts of the room were comfy and very clean (which is a must for me!).

The floor of the shower was not clean - the mat didn’t look clean and the corners around the shower floor could have used some cleaning/bleaching as there was some gunk built up there.

Property is beautiful. All staff very friendly and solicitous. Amenities are lovely. Great food. Super clean. Luxury at a reasonable price.

Should have a hand held shower device. TV did not seem to work properly. Or maybe I could not figure out the remote...

Breakfast was fabulous. They accommodated our large group every evening. Pre-ordering our evening meals worked fantastic and expedited our evening without time wasted ordering and waiting for meal prep. Food service manager Donald was extremely helpful and hus staff well trained and efficient.

For the area, meal prices were a little high.

I had to phone to reception to request disco music noise at 10 p.m. reverberating around hotel central core causing too much noise

I arrived earlier than normal check-in but was allowed to use my room as soon as I arrived

The spa is still not in place so not much one can do in the hotel. I could have stayed another night
