We got two rooms overlooking the lake. Incredible view!!! I think most of the rooms if not all get this view. The lodge is located up on a hill so you get an incredible million dollar view of the Nakuru lake.

Overall the property is very clean however the chair upholstery in rooms were quite stained. Housekeeping stoped doing the night turndown after one night. Pity, because it was a nice touch.

Such a fantastic lodge, contemporary and yet in keeping with the Kenyan style of lodges. Absolutely beautiful cottages with the most amazing views of Lake Nakuru and the surrounding hills. Beautiful views from the cottage, poolside, bar and open dining areas. lovely staff, especially in the dining area. Facility headed by a warm-hearted caring Manager, Mr James Mwema. The head chef, Joseph, and his team create the most amazing meals. Their chef for Indian vegetarian food, Caroline, prepares delicious homestyle Indian food. I would highly recommend staying at this lodge

Huge rooms with panoramic view of lake Nakuru. Very good food and coffee. Excellent staff, especially the ladies at the restaurant and Kelvin who shared his knowledge about the animals around - he shared more details than our game driver did across 6 days (we booked a game driver via a different hotel we stayed at in Nairobi), so we really appreciated Kelvin’s time and knowledge sharing.

The upholstery in the room was stained so it gave you the impression that they were not as clean (the room was very clean though).

Arriving at the lodge, we were mad welcome by such friendly staff. Our check-in experience was very good. The internet was good in the rooms as well as the main lodge areas. The meals were excellent where the chefs prepared a variety of nourishing meals daily. Beatrice was always friendly and more than willing to assist in the dining room. Checking out was simple and no fuss.

The park fees payment took a little longer than usual. Otherwise, there were no issues. The cold water tap in the shower needs some attention.

View was really good and rooms were clean. Receptionist (Halima) was exceptionally nice and friendly. The reason to significantly increase the rating on this platform and others.

Despite that it is strange the water (other than the complimentary 2 bottles in the room), fresh juice, soft drinks and bottles juice are all chargeable separately in a supposedly full board package, but we were not informed by the waiter when we were placing our order.

Amazing location. Amazing staff. Food was average at best. Buffet not great.

Food was average. Buffet was always dry meat and chicken. Little flavour. BE AWARE: Website does not stipulate distances correctly at all. Lodge is 45 min from main gate. High clearance vehicle is a must!!! Traffic from Nairobi to main gate took us 4.5 hours. Travel as early as possible from Nairobi.

Good food and facilities for a comfortable stay. Rooms are on a hill overlooking Nakuru Lake in the distance. Property is inside the park but you need to book a game drive separately. Highlight was that we saw rhinos and flamingos in the park which we couldn't in Mara. But apart from that, nothing much to do (we preferred Naivasha over Nakuru)

Cleanliness can be improved. Nothing visible but it seemed like there were mites biting us on the bed. Staff were pleasant but not as cheerful or warm as we had seen in our other stays around Kenya

Great location, very good staff. The sunrise view in the morning is breathtaking

Bathroom was smelling dues to a blocked drain I think. I reported this and it was fixed for a while but the smell returned the next day. The bed mattresses are tired and not very comfortable. The bed was also creaking. Please have some vegan options for lunch and dinner. Brekfast was good.

Just a fabulous hotel, with incredible views over Lake Nakuru! Wonderful staff, amazing place! Don't miss it! (Only downside being that Lake Nakuru used to be covered in flamingo, but sadly they had mostly gone..)

Great place to stay within Nakuru park. Built as a collection of Lodges/huts - very clean and superb. Great facilities of the hotel, great staff will take care about you, variety of food in buffet form. The rooms will have fantastic view at the park.
