Super comfy and clean! Beautiful hotel. Luis worked hard to fix the error Booking.com made so we could be comfortable before a long flight home.

Booked a family room with 2 full sized beds but booking.com’s description of the family room didn’t match the hotel’s, so they had us in a room with a queen bed only (not ok for a family of 4). After some sweet talk, Luis was able to get us a room that worked for us (he probably upgraded us). Almost a disaster at 11PM before a 30 hrs flight! Also, the location wasn’t the best for families - lots of sex shops right outside and a “professional” going to a room as we arrived - not a great first impression.

The cleaning ladies were really helpful and the airconditioning worked properly. The location is very central. From the staff, Jorge was very nice, helpful and kind to me - gracias!

Other than Jorge and the cleaning staff, the staff was not that nice. They charged me an additional rate without any receipts! The water was also not working in one of the days.

Staff was great about securely holding bags before check in and after check out. Excellent location in the heart of downtown Buenos Aires. Breakfast not included with our booking but phenomenal cafes within a block or two and the exchange rate (cash US dollars to pesos) makes eating out a steal

Some stains on blankets that hadn’t come out in the wash but otherwise no complaints. Great shower and it was quiet despite the location

The hotel was perfect for us. It is located in the heart of the city, exit on a busy Lavalle street yet quiet. We needed a place for 1 night but could easily stay there longer. Medium size room, so the table was a little small but sparkly clean with a fridge. Great value for the money ($58).

Location, seems freshly updated, very clean.

Staff was very kind. My checkout was early in the morning but my flight home was late at night. They let me leave my bags with them as I spent the day around the city and then let me enjoy their seating as I waited for my cab. Great location as its close to some great views, close subway entrances and plenty of dining and eating options all around.

Didn't have breakfast. Lots of coffee shops, bars and restaurants nearby. The location was very central, in the downtown pedestrianised zone, and also easy walking distance from the Puerto Madero ferry terminal (on arrival) and the Tienda Leon bus service to the airport (on departure, the following day).

No breakfast. Location could not be better. People were the best. They helped me get back to the airport after a lot of problems with transportation. Will stay here again.

I liked the cleaniless and space in our room compared to other hotels we stayed at BA. Is walking distance from many restaurants and stores.

Some areas need TLC and upgrades but you can ask more for the price!
