Amazing staff, helpful, smiling, very good listeners. The room was clean and large with a really comfy bed. They perfectly accomadated to our special request, I can’t thank them enough for that ! The rooftop bar and restaurant was fire !

In my opinion, spa services (sauna, steam bath) should not be of extra charge. Even lower-ranked hotels offer them as a contemporary service. Furthermore, I think that breakfast should start earlier.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Palazzo Tirso MGallery in Cagliari, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The breakfast offered was delightful, with a wide range of high-quality options that catered to every taste. Overall, Palazzo Tirso MGallery exceeded my expectations in every way. Beautiful & modern & could walk everywhere. Lovely views of marina.

We were charged €50 per person & we only used the steam & sauna. For literally 40mins. They weren’t clear about this charge & it was only after using that they produced a piece of paper to sign that said €50each. I feel it’s completely overpriced & we were guests of hotel. Also less than an hour of use?

Fortunately, the next day, the manager responded positively to my request and my new room was almost perfectly quiet and very comfortable (also much brighter that the previous one). The design of the hotel is very elegant and user-friendly. The staff is generally polite. Wonderful beach club (one of the members of the club's staff was extremely helpful and well-mannered; unfortunately I don't remember the name of this young man).

A noisy room during the first night due to a loud music coming from the marina. It was a room on the first floor, near to the lobby, and with the view of the bay. I was given this room although I had asked for a quiet room at the stage of booking. Squeaking trolleys in the corridors.

We had an amazing time at the Palazzo Tirso. The property is absolutely beautiful - we enjoyed lunch in the lobby, dinner and drinks on the terrace, and the pool. Our room was large, modern, and clean. Unfortunately, my husband got sick one afternoon and we had to spend a night at the ER. While at the ER, I ran into one of the employees of Palazzo Tirso, Mattia. Mattia was so comforting and kind - not only did he provide great service to us at the hotel, but when he saw me waiting in the ER he brought me a water bottle and did much needed interpreting for me. He also informed the hotel staff about what happened and they kindly followed up with my husband for the rest of our trip. The staff is phenomenal and I wish I remembered more people by name so I could thank you all for your kindness and consideration!! Also, we were so happy to get sick at this hotel because it was one of the best hotel rooms to get stuck spending the day in and the room service was great LOL. We didn't even get to try the hotel beach or the catamaran, but we are hoping to come back one day and do both. I highly recommend this hotel - I don't have one complaint!!

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable bed, good variety of breakfast choices.

Rooftop pool is tiny! No access for guests to Spa unless fee paid...unheard of in Irish hotels. Very slow service at breakfast especially for coffee/tea. No bottles of water in bedroom except for 1st night, again unheard of in Irish hotels (one each of still and sparkling every day) musty smell in bedroom on our last evening. Bedroom small.

Boutique, centrally located hotel with good views of the marina. A feature of the hotel is its contemporary interior styling. Really excellent breakfast catering to every need - and more. Very comfortable beds.

On two of the three evenings we were booked there were events which meant we could not use the roof top bar and terrace at all (Sunday, due to a private function), or only partially (Tuesday, due to a business function). The staff team were very young for a five star hotel, but were generally friendly and responsive. We knew that the health spa was extra, so didn't use it, but would have if there had been a smaller extra charge.

Very nice hotel in a great location at the base of Cagliri old town, great for walking to restaurants and all the sights plus the harbour for boat trips. The staff and service were simply excellent, breakfast was also top notch. The standard room was small but comfortable and the smart TV makes you feel at home. Also when our flight was delayed we went back to the hotel after we had checked out and they were kind enough to let us use the amenities and store our luggage.

None of the standard rooms have views, they look internally into the building and it’s quite unsightly. The rooftop pool is very small and there are only 8 sun beds which for a hotel of 80+ rooms is not enough. Also during our stay we couldn’t use half of the rooftop because they hired it out for a wedding, which we were not warned about.

The hotel was almost brand new so our room was fabulous. The staff in the hotel were some of the best we have encountered in all the hotels we have stayed in, including many 5 star hotels in Asia. The staff could not do enough for us. The front desk were very efficient and friendly, the bell boys always smiling. Hotel was centrally located which allowed us to explore the old town on foot and try all the various excellent restaurants, bars and sights. The beach club was also excellent with free transport to/from once a day. Overall 10 out of 10.

There were mosquitos on the 5th floor outside dining terrace which we didn't realise we had bites until later. But with some repellant spray they weren't an issue for subsequent evenings.
