The location was great. The room was comfortable and clean. Water pressure was good. The restaurant next door was amazing and so convenient. Breakfast was nothing special but we don’t eat much for breakfast so it doesn’t matter. The staff was friendly. I would stay here again.

The TV channels were horrible! The choices were old movies or religious shows.

the room were comfortable with the chair and ottoman and access to various channels to watch.Plus easily access to a restaurant on site.

the bathroom was small space entry between toilet and the door-and their was no trash bags in the wastebaskets. what didn’t care for was the scuff marks on the around the sink walls

Clean room and very nice. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed and chair for watching TV

We notified management as soon as we got in the room at 3 pm that we had no hot water. He never responded back as to if or when we would have hot water for a shower. Very unprofessional.No shower for us to begin the next leg of our trip.

Despite the situation the employee who was there maintained a positive attitude and good customer service. He showed grace under pressure and respectfully did not bad mouth the missing employee.

Morning person did not show up, so food was late. Remaining staff was stressed and overworked.

The breakfast was good. Plenty of choices.

They never seems to be able to get hot water. They could do a much better job of keeping their grounds cleaned.......trash on the grounds. Cigarette butts.....

Good value. Good breakfast given most other places don't provide as much if at all, because of Covid. Close to the Petrified Forest and not too far from the Grand Canyon. Comfortable.

Holbrooke town itself seemed a bit run down, but the location of the hotel seemed fine.

Location was great ...loved the statues and the western style of our room

The mattress was not very good ...difficult to sleep on and had short hours of sleep

Breakfast was great, large televisions with many channels to chose from, parking close to room and great service. Easy access to freeway..

First. Room it was hard to adjust heat .

it was nice and quiet and they had hot breakfast.

The first room I was in the tv didn’t work and the bed or pillow kind of smelled.

Was comfortable and dark helped me sleep well. I'll be back again. Found my new spot to rest at on my way home. Thanks

Bed was comfy.
