Only inconvenience = housekeeping knocked on my door around 10 am. I had my di not disturb sign hanging on my door handle in the hall. So not sure why anyone would knock on my door. I had to put on clothes & go to the door. By the time I did this, no one was there. I saw the person's back walking away. I asked why did you knock,? I had arranged a late checkout of 12noon. Are the staff supplied with info on late check outs & who has & hasn't checked out yet? I had stayed here for 1 nite 2 weeks earlier & the same thing happened. What's up with this? It's very aggravating. This has never happened to me at any other hotel. May not use this location on my next visit to the area.

Sorry I reversed my answers. I liked the staff at the front desk, the comfort of the bed, the cleanliness of the room & pool, the adequate breakfast.

Outlets in table lamps are loose and don't really work. My hearing aids that I plugged in didn't recharge all the way. Website for making reservations kinda funny. I made reservations and used my credit card. It asked me to put in names of guests. I put in my name in one room and my daughter and son-in-law's name in other room. When I got there the clerk said I didn't have a reservation. I had to show her my confirmation email. She studied it and finally saw their names and found the reservation. Also, my confirmation said there were 4 people coming because the rooms would accommodate 4, even though I put in the number 3 guests and gave 3 names.

The rooms were clean and had the best hotel bed Ive slept in and we travel a-lot. Also the breakfast was decent. Location was pretty good and close to restaurants. The staff was kind and it was generally very quiet.

The only thing I did not like was the coffee. It was like water I could see to the bottom of my cup LOL. Please make better coffee 😊 Most people like good coffee.

Room was completely clean. Carpet looked new. Breakfast was good. We stayed during a busy holiday weekend and everything was smooth despite all hotels in the area, including this one, being sold out.

Walls are a little thin. We could hear people in the hallway. But it was never a big problem. The a/c is a little loud, but that drowned out the noise.

Very nice workers, Breakfast was great, young man kept in stocked, and spa tub was great~ Slept great

The price I signed form on changed from check in to getting a paper under our door early next morning, they should bring that to your attention at check in

Breakfast room was clean, staff was friendly, and choices met the needs of our group. I appreciated having eggs, meat, yogurt, waffles, and many more fresh options.

The sofa bed could have been more comfortable, a child would not have any trouble, but adult was uncomfortable

If this is the direction Quality Inn is going, keep it up! The room was clean and comfortable, the bed quite comfortable, the shower was outstanding, and breakfast was complete and delicious. Outstanding!

Only one thing -- there was a dark spot on the carpet in the room in front of the sink. I didn't look closely so don't know what it was but informed the front desk when we checked out. The rest of the carpet was fine.

Love the friendliness of the staff and the honesty of the staff, husband left cell phone and staff turned it in to front desk and they kept it safe until we got back to get it that doesn't always happen

We didn't like the smell of weed smoking in the hall all day and night every day we were there and the pool didn't look clean

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Room was clean and sound proof. We never heard anything or anyone in the halls.

The bathroom was ridiculously small. The breakfast was so so.

Love this Quality Inn. It lives up to its name. Check in went smooth and quick. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Plenty of towels and soap. The hallways were clean and quiet. Couldn’t hear any doors slamming or people in the hallway.

There is absolutely nothing I can think of!
