Their complimentary breakfast was out of this world their kindness their hospitality and promptness is extremely beyond and over their extended duties their pools are very clean the rooms are so clean excellent their showers you can see your reflection in the tile on the wall was showering now that is clean in the corners in the cracks around the edges are clean you can tell they even take time to clean the baseboards in the room not just clean the room or vacuum it or the sinks or the toilet bowl or the tub but they actually go around the baseboards around the room I know because those are the things that I look at when I go to a room is the baseboard it's a baseboard has dust around the edges near the carpet then the room isn't all that clean but the rooms are extremely clean and over and they go on and over the board of hospitality that I give them a 10 plus

Very clean facility and the rooms are clean and cozy. I really enjoyed having both a refrigerator and a microwave! free breakfast was really good. Nice offering of food. Jacuzzi was clean and really nice. Pool is not heated.

The bathtub was difficult to figure out for taking a bath. I ended up just plugging it with a facecloth. Also the walls are super thin so light sleepers beware. I could hear the person upstairs walking back and forth!

The beds! Soft and comfortable! Pillows weren't flat! The staff adored my cat! They never seen a cat on a lesh! The hot tub was soothing and the pool was clean!! The waffles are yummy in the morning!! They keep everything clean and in its place! The only time i heard the other people was in the hallway but from room to room i didn't hear them! And one room was quiet loud (family with kids) and only heard them from the hallway!

The elevator doors. They dont seem to know how to clean them properly. I work in a hospital as EVS, I'm a professional cleaner for warehouses, shcools, and hotels... and i noticed the oils from the cleaner was still on the door. You need a paper towel and window cleaner after the stainless steel cleaner. It helps buff it out.

Rooms were clean, comfortable but the balcony was dusty and dirty. The pool was dirty and the water felt slimey. The jacuzzi was ok but it ruined my weekend as I was looking forward to enjoying the pool. The breakfast was great and the lady that tends the kitchen was awesome and friendly. Besides the pool thing it was a good weekend.

Check in woman was very, very helpful finding the perfect room for someone with limited mobility. Lady in breakfast room was never without a smile.. Maintenance man (I think he was maintenance) named John was very kind as we had a nice conversation about Santa Claus.

Never had housekeeping for three days.

Loved that Dove products were available instead of off brand products. Our room was on the first floor as requested and the room was a big room for the price. It was very clean and very quiet.

The vent for the bathroom didn't work and the ironing board was broken.

Friendly staff. The security guard are on top of their job. The security guard notice a concern and emmidietly knock on my door of my room, as I opened the door he announced himself and told me his concern is was surpriced as I didn't notice it the problem. He was definitely looking out for the guest safety

This was hands-down the BEST LaQuinta property I've ever stayed in. The property was excellent! Beautiful scenery from the balcony area and in a great location which is accessible to many eating options and quick access to freeways. There was a mini-fridge and microwave in the room. The tub was XL and was great for baths after a long day. The water got very hot, which was nice. A/C worked well, wi-fi and TV worked well. The room was clean and mostly quiet. Beds were super comfy with ample amount of pillows, which weren't flat! There was an ironing board, hair dryer and full-length mirror. Room was larger than I expected when I walked in the room. Staff during check-in and cleaning staff was friendly and accommodating. There was a fully-stocked mini shop downstairs with medicines, snacks, and drinks which came in handy for my late-night arrival.

My only complaint would be the noisy-slamming doors in the hallway early in the morning, they could stand to be dampened. Besides that, it was honestly the best LaQuinta I've ever stayed at and worth the value.

It was really expensive. Over $200 and then they charged us $5 to park in an insecure open parking lot, even though it was not explained in the pre-booking property details on booking.com and even though I have a ADA Placard...

The convenience to things around it! Breakfast there so you didn't have to find a restaurant!

Private party we were not made aware of til we checked in! We couldn't use the pool from 5pm til 8 pm! Not too cool when it is 95 degrees out and we had made a long trip from Oregon and would have liked to take a dip!
