My room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. My room was next to elevator on 5th floor and I was worried at first that there would be a lot of noise, but I rarely heard anything going on outside my room. Holiday Inn's are my favorite hotels due to their reputation of cleanliness and comfort. I would definitely not hesitate to stay here again if I ever have the need to travel through again.

The only down side to the hotel is that there is no continental breakfast included like most of the hotels in the area. There was a sign in lobby that said breakfast was $17 and they had a small bar/restaurant area for dining. I didn't end up eating there, so I don't know if it would have been worth the price. I ended up grabbing breakfast elsewhere on my way out of town. Would have been nice to have the included continental breakfast before leaving.

convenient, clean, pool. bar in the lobby was nice and tiny self-serve/self-pay area for snacks and small needs like ibuprofen, etc.

basic things like additional towels and pool towels were no readily available. they asked for a count of how many I already had. then when I asked to send more towels up, they never came. also I needed a razor because I left mine at home, now you have to pay for one where before basic toiletry items like razors and toothbrushes were complimentary. also, the bar in the lobby was not able to accommodate food allergies (milk and nuts) so my daughter couldn’t eat on property.

I liked the size of the room very comfy and spacious.

A guest was using the washer and dryer since 9PM and didn't finish until 12AM. I had to check out the next day and only had one load while she had 6. Plus the guest kept taking things out of the dryer one at a time to fold them while it was still trying to dry the rest of the clothes. Told the front desk about it and nothing was done to resolve the issue I wasn't finished washing my clothes and drying them until 2 in the morning.

William & Jason working, at the front were very pleasant and professional. Nice greeting from the both of them! Even throughout the vist the gentleman displayed great hospitality. Carlos in the bar/ dining area was very knowledgeable and on point with his service.

The ice machine only on one floor.

The hotel is exceptionally clean and inviting from the lobby to the rooms and the gym. The staff are very nice and informative about hours to pool and gym when checked in. I feel safe coming back to the hotel at night because the hotel and parking lot are very lit up with lights.

It would have been nice to be able to come down for a simple free Continental Breakfast. I know guests have to purchase breakfast in advance, but a simple bagel or a Danish with a cup of freshly brewed coffee would nice to grab and go. Moving the smoking area away from the front entrance would be nice for those guests who do not smoke and having to walk pasts people who come outside to smoke. The room that I was in did not have a microwave and having one in the room is nice to warm up food brought to the room.

Weather and location , number of usb and ac plugs.

Rooms are really not handicap accessible. I had to go out to purchase toilet seat with handles to stand up, shower has bar but no seat for handicap

Location, cleanliness, price and ice was close to our room. They allowed us to use the coffee bar and even had almond creamer as a vegan option.

Water flow was very low in sink and shower. There were no vending machines and a bottle of water was $6 in their gift shop.

There were three of us staying 5 days I asked for our sheets to be cleaned at least once and we asked the staff several times but our room was never cleaned and we never got clean towels.

The staffs are great. The hotel has all the facilities that I need. Good value and I am extending my stay.

Very clean rooms, excellent location, free parking, very friendly staff. Overall great experience, would recommend.
