Felt good having security for the parking lot. Staff was friendly and helpful. Loved having a little kitchen in our room and being able to get a toaster and pot supplied. Also nice having small breakfast available in the lobby.

No small disposable sponges available. Only 1 of 2 room keys ever seemed to work. The last night we were there, our toilet would no longer flush… and it was too late at night for maintenance to be available.

The staff was AMAZING!!!! friendly and efficient. I felt totally "at home" there -- during our check-in AND the fact that we had a sink/stove/micro/refer to use for snackies and other leftover items.

Morning breakfast consisted of pre-wrapped muffins and granola bars and coffee. It would do in a pinch and I understand that this would NOT be a grand breakfast but i've had more plush "continental breakfasts" from Super8 and motel6 stays (in other cities) It would've been nice to have fruit available (bananas and apples/oranges are VERY easy to store and offer up in baskets)

Central location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Ability to obtain all kitchen appliances and cookware (from front desk -free) to cook our own meals in the kitchen of our room. Dog friendly.

The keycard system at front and back doors broke down twice in 24hours. Very frustrating as we parked car on north side of building, near the back door. Lack of functioning key entry meant walking all around building and buzzing front desk to open front door. While we didn’t use it, I noticed the elevator was out of order. if we were persons with disabilities, both of these situations (malfunctioning door locks snd the elevator) would have ruined the stay. It’s a nice hotel, the management needs to invest in maintenance of it!

Hotel was nice for the price in vegas. its a “grab and go” breakfast but there are great breakfast places in vegas so thats not a problem. Rooms are comfortable just needs a little more attention on the cleaning. Elevator was down sometimes but theres only 3 floors so it was fine. Also the location is not bad at all, its right by a shopping mall and ubers are cheap there to the strip.

Friendly staff. Older hotel however in fair condition especially for the price. The bed, shower were very good. I like the layout of the room with the kitchenette and work desk.

Cleaning was borderline. Not bad enough to put me off however the kitchen bench and fridge need more attention. Bathroom was spotless.

The room had the feel of a studio apartment. I loved amenities of a full size refridgator, a microwave, and a stove if I needed to use them ( I used he microwave the most) It was close to the public bus system which I needed to use to get around town. And the Front desk staff were very nice.

ESA did have a "Grab and Go" breakfast...but I'm used to having a hot breakfast available. But for what they offered ( breakfast bars, hot cereal, and coffee) it was enough to get your day started-:)

The room is big enough, equipped with a kitchen. The bed could be bigger. It is not really comfortable for two people that are taller than 1.85cm.

The breakfast is not a regular breakfast, it is a Breakfast to Go (complimentary), they offer coffee, tea, and some muffins, cereal bars, and oatmeal. No place to eat it, You have to take it to your room.

The place was very clean and comfortable. The staff (Shannon) was excellent!

The breakfast was not a breakfast..it was just coffee, granola bars and muffins... they were good.. but that is not breakfast. The only other thing was the darn key cards kept erasing for no reason..so we had to replace them almost daily.

The location is good, and fee parking plus no "resort fees" was nice.

I have stayed here many times over the past 12 years or so and the property is showing some age, but still a decent value.

The staff was really friendly, useful and polite. Easy checkout. Kitchen supplies were really helpful. Temp control in unit was great. Parking was easy.

We had trouble connecting to wifi. Pillows, sheets and mattress were slightly (not badly) uncomfortable. "Trash rooms" were difficult to find and overflowing. Pricing online and through apps was unclear. I did enjoy my stay, I did not get ripped off or regret it.
