We love the bed but needed more pillows. Room was spacious continental breakfast was ok but needed an attendant because we had to help ourselves to the refrigerator to supply us with milk and orange juice was like water.

More pillows and large towels were not provided due to cleaning not completed. We did brought our own but shouldn't have to use then for shower use.

Shopping and dining is really close

Property needs an upgrade. Towels were really worn visible rust in bathroom

The price

They could put more towels in the room and have the electric check due to you couldn't use the microwave without all the power going out. Heat wasn't working. They promote new rooms but the bathrooms could be redone.

The price wasn't bad .

The tone of the manager when checking in. The fact that it has roaches the rooms need painting floors need cleaning . Hotel can use some upgrades.

It was not clean in the bathroom , hair every where

the rooms were really nice and they were clean.

i didn’t like that I had to go out and buy a broom because no one would clean the room, my sheets never got changed, it was hit or miss if you got towel that were a decent size and our tv was hit or miss as well we could only turn it on and off you had one channel if you was lucky and then sometimes it wouldn’t work, there’s no elevator so we had to carry out stuff up stairs, and their pool is closed due to covid which I think is kinda odd because every other hotel we passed had their pools open.

The location

The pool was down for days, the breakfast was slim to nothing. There was only 1 staff member that was actually friendly.

Clean rooms and bathrooms Friendly staff and guest. Great location its near almost anything you'd need for an overnight stay.

The hallways smelt like stale smoke. Booking says they offer both a pool and breakfast but both are closed due to COVID-19.
