Where to even start .....smiles on arrival ,just what you need to see after a delayed flight! Efficient I was booked in and given my keys to get me on my way,great customer service.... I get to my room where I spend the next 4 days .... bliss clean tidy , massive bed so soft and comfy. Going down to breakfast to be greeted with smiles and joy. Great selection of food and drinks ..... location was great , walking distance to anywhere or just a short Uber ride. The team made me love Rochester even more . Thank you to you all. I had the best Christmas Eve experience.

That I had to leave

This property met and even exceeded expectations. Everything about this hostel is exceptional, from the staff to the rooms to the included breakfast was good. There were plenty of selections for just about anyone for breakfast. The room was exceptional, right down to the personal touch of having my name appear on the big screen tv in welcome.

Nothing, there was nothing to dislike, for me, at this location.

The woman working the breakfast room could have used some competent help. She was really working hard trying to keep up with demand while the people in the back part of the kitchen seemed to be new to the job and not all that helpful.

I didn't like that I was charged once by booking.com in July and again while we stayed there in August. I will be trying to sort this out.

Staff was absolutely wonderful.

The breakfast offered a variety and was tasty. The location is central in the Rochester area and readily accessible to major highway. Many shopping stores and restaurants just minutes away. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very clean! Bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay again!

Pool was closed last day

This facility is very clean, staff us very friendly and attentive is a good value.

The heating/air conditioning unit in the room made a lot of noise when running due to the plastic vents on the top of the unit not being tight in the housing. It would vibrate causing the noise when the heat or AC kicked on. It seems to be a manufacturing issue that causes the loose piece after heavy use over time. The desk was notified at checkout. We would stay here again but check for this issue before settling into the room.

Clean and comfortable with noon checkout

Very spacious and super clean room. Loved the counterspace in the bathroom. Loved the breakfast for my family. The kids had a great time in the pool and picking out snacks at the snack bar.

The view isn't great from our room but the beautiful room makes up for that.

Had a nice view and the room was spacious. We were also located next to alot of different restaurants.

The pool was alot smaller than I thought it would be. There was also no selection of snacks and no vending machines on site so I had to go back upstairs grab my keys and leave even though me and my kids just wanted to grab a piece of candy and lay down and watch a movie.

The facility was clean and well maintained, but we did not have a good experience with breakfast. Maybe our timing was bad, but staff was unable to supply hot food for those attending. I was able to make a waffle, but no other hot food was made available while we were there.
