I have stayed at this hotel earlier this year for the same reason at this stay - a climate change refugee from a hurricane (Helene this time). )I was gratified to have no power loss or loss of internet. The front desk folks were again pleasant and helpful. The lobby coffee dispenser is especially appreciated.

As a climate change refugee from Hurricane Helene, I was pleased to have a good hotel to shelter in. What I did not like, and is not the immediate responsibility of the hotel, was the loss of cable TV. It became more difficult to track local hurricane status and harder to pass the time.

I liked it was close easy on and off interstate. Near gas stations and restaurants. Cracker Barrel just a short walk away. I need pet friendly, and this hotel was very clean. Rooms didn't smell like past pets. Lots of parking that was well lit. The bed and blankets were very comfortable, and air condition worked well. I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again for travel

I had a pet and they put me on the third floor. I did request a first floor. So perhaps hotel can work to have more pet rooms on lower floors, but it worked ok

We stayed for 4 days in this hotel and had a lovely time. On landing in America our bank had frozen our card and cancelled the hotels deposit but I sent them an email and they held the reservation for us. The lady on reception was lovely and made check in easy. Our room was a good size and very clean. Breakfast was very good with a selection of hot and cold foods. The pool was lovely and clean and a good temperature.

I liked how affordable this hotel was and the breakfast was had real hot food and everything

The weekend I was visiting there were multiple kids baseball teams staying there and it was so loud, kids running up and down the hall, throwing balls around, parents standing in hallways and blocking them. The kids also dominated the pool area, definitely call ahead of time to make sure it won’t be overrun by children

Perfect location,nice breakfast, good internet, pool area clean. Quick check in. Plenty parking spaces.

The elevator was not working on the first day, we got stuck and when we reported it the front desk replied to us "it is working" with an actitud that make us feel inopportune. When we came back from dinner 1 hour later, someone was working to fix it, so it was not working. No one cleans or makes our bed or replaced soaps in the room. If we are paying a normal staying price, why our room didn't get attention? I understand if we pay less to not receive that service. Or is something new that hotels are implementing-not room service? Today, the restroom in the lobby runs out of toilet paper and paper towels. Thank you

Clean, location, friendly staff, breakfast every day

Only problem was housekeeping. We were told they would only be changing dirty towels and emptying trash, no bed making or other cleaning, which is no problem. When they emptied the trash they failed to put a new trash liner in several times. One day absolutely nothing was done, had to get clean wash cloths from the desk.

Behavior of reception. Staff was not pleasant. Just a welcome smile would have made a difference. Upon Checking out i noted the same antanogistic behavior Receptionist looked burned out and not in the mood for working. Something else i didnt like: They charged me $30+ for a service dog with documents. Not ok ...but i accepted because of necessity.

The breakfast was very disappointing The potatoes were terrible, yogurt in refrigerator was frozen, danish poor, eggs tasteless, fruit in terrible condition Coffee was good. Beds comfortable. Felt safe.

Convenient location close to restaurants, stores, and the interstate. The room was nice and clean. Perfect for a short stay.

Rooms are small, pillows are terrible, and only 1 elevator that is extremely slow and small. It was hard to get luggage carts in and out of it. The pool is under construction so if you’re looking forward to that they don’t have it open.

Breakfast was a bit of so so. One old lady managing the breakfast area. Pancakes were always out, shortage of bowls, plates, I feel a little mor attention to breakfast would be great, I overheard comments from other guests.

I called reception because the children were running up and down the hallway. Couldn’t sleep with the noise, they did stop eventually.
