The location was a super easy little drive (1+ mile) to the UTSW Medical campus. The suite was very nicely laid out, and the king size bed was exceptionally comfortable! We had water dripping through our bathroom fan (children splashing a lot in bathtub above). Even though it was evening, the maintenance man came immediately and took care of it! Breakfast was good, although we would have liked at least one other hot option than only scrambled eggs (ie potatoes, bacon/sausage, waffles) The dining area is kept very clean and wellstocked. The lady in charge was friendly and helpful.

The garbage container under the kitchen sink was very tiny. It really needs a larger one, as it fills up with just a few items of trash. OUTSIDE The outdoor areas/landscape around the many buildings has not been well maintained. Walks are not kept swept, some with gravel strewn across them. The ground floor entry wells to units were noticeably in need of cleaning and painting. The walkways from the furthest buildings to the main building (breakfast) are not covered so we got pretty wet in the rain. We later realized that the walks probably also get intensely hot in the summertime without shade/covering.

Breakfast was great. Our room was very clean, with the exception of a prior guests slippers left under the bed. Extra towels, toilet paper, etc was easily accessible. The staff was EXCELLENT. Every single employee we encountered was fabulous.

My only complaint was the heat of our water. It would be hot for about 3 minutes and then turn cold. That wasn't pleasant at all. Hopefully that issue will be resolved by the time we come back in the fall. (We were in room 533)

The staff was very friendly and made me feel do welcoming. That was an automatic plus for me...

I didn't like the fact that someone left the door open previously because it was swarm with flies.. and other flying insects as well..

Staff was wonderful. Managers checking us in made sure we had what we needed. KEKE, on staff a Manager went above and Beyond to help with a air-conditioning issue.

I was pleased with the amount of space we had. The room was clean the bathrooms were nice and spacious for my mom that using a wheelchair. It was quiet and close to other family members that live there

I did not like the booking price and what I paid once I checked in was pretty Much $100 more than quoted and emailed to me.

Breakfast was good. Liked having a working refrig. The beds were comfortable.

The carpet was dirty. The couch/sofa was uncomfortable. The electrical socket by on of the bathroom vanities did not work.

location was good for what I needed; room was extremely large.

The only thing was the hotel maid service …wasn’t any, which might have been the pandemic effects;. security cameras were broken (lobby); otherwise, it was a good stay. The little details matter.

I chose this room for the 2 king bedrooms and common space in the center. It met our needs and gave us 2 bathrooms as well. The kitchette was perfect.

Would have liked more hot options at breakfast. There was one hot item each morning, but the options we had were very good. The staff serving breakfast was wonderful.

I needed a safe place for my aging dog and I when the air conditioning in our apartment was broken. I’m happy that I found a nice suite with a kitchenette. It was very quiet and comfortable for us.

I love the fact that we need a key to get in the gate

I didn’t like the fact that it was two guys sleep in the security truck when we got back to the room at like 3 AM .. my husband went over to ask about parking and they was sleep .. also one of the bathrooms in the two bedroom suite was very small where standing in the shower I couldn’t move literally
