This hotel was in a safer location and the staff are very friendly. The hotel room was very clean and cozy. I had such a wonderful time and a wonderful sleep.

I guess what disappoint me was the elevator was out of service and the breakfast does need more Improvement.

I stay at this recently remodeled hotel frequently, while on business in Houston, and it is always a pleasure. The rooms are clean and well maintained, the breakfast is good and the staff almost always accommodates my request for first floor, near the rear exit.

The only thing I didn't like was that there was no breakfast except grab and go. However, I understand it is an extenuating circumstance and it did not effect my stay.

Breakfast can't actually be called a Breakfast, it was a banana and a granola bar. They are still not serving it, I think due Covid, but tbh, the to go bag could be way better.

The AC was really cold and working. The room was clean.

The only thing i did not like was then TV. The TV was old and the picture was really dim. I dealt with it considering i was only going to be there 3 nights. Other than that the room and motel was great.

couldnt' get in the pool due to windows broken and all the cold air coming in especially in a cold weather climate

I like that the young lady at the front desk by the name of Bertha was very sweet she accommodated us the whole stay she was very nice resourceful n willing to give a hand in a situation I had come up book this property for your stay very clean management is great

very good place to stay for the location, been here a few times and always clean and friendly services

Only thing I didn't like was the swimming pool was dirty looking .on the website it shows a jacuzzi tub in the room only to find out there wasn't🥴🥴
