Very comfortable room, excellent facilities (did not use the gym or pool). Catered conference lunch was good quality - even on the healthier side with lots of choices. Good food and excellent service at the restaurant. Hotel neighborhood is quiet and safe, enjoyed going for a walk in the evening.

Could not get room service to pick up the phone in the morning to order breakfast. Tried again for the next day the night before, still had to leave a message. But breakfast did come on time the next day (although I had to call back to confirm whether they got the message in the morning). Paid wifi stopped working on my work computer for security reasons on the last day.

The staff is very pleasant, cheerful, willing to help, it's nice. The hotel is beautifully decorated without being over the top. The room is very spacious and clean. Food was great overall.

The mattress was very poor quality and was making loud, weird sounds every time we'd sit on the bed. It's a cheap spring mattress that does not have motion isolation so each time my partner moved I was awaken. I was aware of the parking charges but boy it adds up ($30/day). It's way overpriced. Same for the breakfast buffet ($28), way overpriced, it was cheaper to have a la carte. There's a quiet time advertised in the hotel but people didn't respect it. Our first night, people were shouting in the hallways, slamming doors, having loud conversations etc. Not cool for people who want to sleep...

I was beyond impressed with every single employee that I encountered. What a friendly and helpful staff - WOW! They made me feel like a VIP! Our room was very spacious, especially the bathroom. The pool is spectacular, along with the room service, and restaurant! Our doggie LOVED the park to run and play in :)

Everything was to my liking. I only used the restaurant for continental breakfasts whilch were excellent. I used the fitness center and the pool, both of which were clean and the pool I had to myself.

Peeling paint on baseboards, door casings and doors gave an otherwise pristine well appointed room, a dated unmaintained look.

The valet team is amazing! The property is beautiful and well maintained by the friendly staff. There are several onsite dining options and a very swanky whiskey bar on the first floor. The housekeepers are very prompt daily and throughly clean the rooms. Overall the Omni hotel is one of the best kept secrets in the Houston, Tx area and I’ve personally stayed at the property consistently for the past few years on business/personal travel.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Beautiful pool. Also good venues on sight for food and drinks. They also have a spa which we didn't have time to try...next time.

In a tough time of city wide power outages and supply chain disruptions from Hurricane Beryl - the staff did an amazing job making everyone comfortable and keeping us all informed. Amazing work in a complicated and evolving situation.
