Lovely staff especially Car and Emery, very good level in English which is not seen quite often in Turkey. It is away from city centre, less practical if you come as a tourist, but it is highly recommended if you come for work or other reason. There is good parking area, many small markets around

Breakfast was not bad, can be more diverse, but quality is good. Gym is small and under-equipped

We had an excellent stay here, the breakfast was wonderful as were the staff. They really made our stay perfect. In particular Con, Enver, Mohir and Oguz - these guys went out of their way to treat not just us, but all the guests so well. I even loved the house cat that was reclining on the front porch when we arrived. Really recommend - thank you :)

This was my 3rd stay at Hampton by Hilton at Kayasehir & as always, well pleased! Fantastic hotel, kind receptionists, delicious breakfast, & very clean. The staff are very welcoming, kind & generous. Always willing to help. As an example, I had an issue with my card (not the fault of the hotel) & the receptionist arrived within a minute to the 4th floor in order to help & resolve the issue I was facing. The quality of the room is worth the price. You get everything which you expect. A large comfy bed, a smart tv, a large desk for office work or studying, a comfy office chair & a arm chair to rest, a mini fridge with two bottles of water, sachets for tea/coffee & a kettle. The washroom is very large, with all the necessary toiletries. More importantly you get an iron & an iron board which is very helpful, especially when staying in Istanbul as the hotels I have stayed at the centre offer ironing only at an additional cost! Kayasehir, part of the Başakşehir district of Greater Istanbul is rather out the way from the centre, but very close to the airport. I generally spend my last evening or two in Istanbul here. Its a beautiful part of greater Istanbul, modern, peaceful, & has beautiful natural surroundings. You have the beautiful Hazret Hussain Cami (Mosque) right outside the hotel, which is very convenient. Even if you do not subscribe to the Islamic faith, the mosque is a must visit as its interior & exterior is a beautiful example of modern Ottoman inspired architecture. The worshippers are very welcoming. You also have a shopping centre adjacent to the hotel that has everything you need from cafes, bakeries, & grocery shops. The nearest bus stop is also a minute or two walking distance from the hotel, from which you can get to the centre and the nearest metro. I wish the menu of the restaurant can be extended to include more of the local cuisine.

The hotel team was very friendly and open helping with early accommodation. The location within local retail facility provided options to choose from when finding a place for dinner. Travelling time to the airport didn't exceed 30 minutes.

A fantastic hotel, lovely charming staff who are very helpful, & a beautiful breakfast which starts from 630AM. The rooms are quite large & clean which includes a comfortable bed, couch, fridge, large desk, kettle, coffee & tea satchets, including a TV which has both Turkish & international channals. For me, the best part of the room is a rather large wardrobe & an iron/board which is very useful. The Bathroom is large which includes all toiletries needed & multiple towels that are replaced on a daily basis if you decide to have your room cleaned by the amazing cleaning team. The hotel has its own restaurant & snack bar which is helpful. The hotel has great views and a shopping mall next door which is very helpful if you wish to try local food, relax at a cafe, or buy gifts for loved ones. This is my second stay here & I generally spend my last few days of my holidays in Istanbul here due to its close proxmity to the airport. I have always been well looked after by the staff here. Highly recommended.

Everything was great, for my purpose is to stay next to the airport during my final day or two at Istanbul. However, just a note. If you are intending to visit Sultan Ahmet & Taksim etc, this hotel is at a distance from these sites, which by public transport can take almost two hours due to the nature of Istanbul's busy traffic. However you can catch a bus from outside the hotel that takes you to Eminönü bus station, from which you can take a tram to locations such as Sultan Ahmet or the popular Bayezit Bazaar. You will need to acquire the relevent transport cards etc which you can top up at various locations.

I love the buffet breakfast! it was very nice , the kitchen staff were very helpful, with serving tea and coffee. Special thanks for Ece for the service. Beds were very comfortable, shower was superb. Walking distance from the shops.

The price per night was much higher then other hotels.

the room card was not working from the beginning because you need to provide tenderness to it and put it slow. old system with no rush, but it’s nothing

The room is large and clean. It is very well equipped, the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is great, and there are many varieties, the idea of having the waffle machine is very nice.

it would be good if there was a real espresso in the breakfast.

The entrance to the carpark is not comfortable. Opens slow with cart.
