Location is not good. No views from room . Bed was not comfortable. Single beds were not sufficient enough Room service was very slow we would have to call a few times before someone would come. This maybe needs to be a 3star hotel not 5star. Some staff were very helpful.

All the staff working in hotel Mehmet Fatih, Dogan, Berkant and Ali from Technical were Amazing people we have come across. They made our stay very welcoming and special. They all helped us to all our queries and questions and assisted us very quickly. Hotel is amazing and very clean and this was the best hotel in turkey for us because we travel quite often to Turkey because of our love for culture,history and off course food. We highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for something special.

Checkout staff asked me and my kids to wait for 20-30 to check if we used mini bar. We told them that we did not use it. After 20-30 mins they said thanks you can leave.

We stayed for the second time at this hotel. It has underground parking, with an elevator. Fabulous breakfast, comparable to Turkish resorts in Antalya. Very comfortable beds. Room cleaning is done daily, or upon request.

You need a car to move around, it is far from the means of transport. The windows are a bit dirty, but you can't see anything interesting anyway. Air conditioning a bit difficult to use. The air conditioning does not work when the card is removed, so ask for 2 access cards from the reception.

Big and clean room with nice confy bed. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff.

1. The: 2 in 1 shampoo and shower gel & conditioner being in dispensers in the shower. I have noticed that is a custom now for hotels, but didn't expect it in a 5 stars hotel. For me is much more hygienic to use the tiny bottles supplied everyday. It seemed just for cost reduction of the hotel. 2. Filter coffee or instant coffee. It is 5 stars, an expresso machine would have been classier and much better. If not espresso, turkish, but let the instant coffee for the non stop grocery or an auto service. 3. Prepare food accordingly to the number of guest. We were lucky to find eggs (in any form cooked) just 2 /5 days. The restaurant was full every day.

Overall hotel is excellent. Breakfast variety is superb. Staff incredibly friendly. And helpful. Excellent for those individuals that have come for Buisness opportunities and investment. Buisness Hotel I would say.

Bed is way to soft for My liking. At breakfast (never leave your plate to get coffee, coz your food is thrown away ) Hammam experience was a waste and super expensive. Better to go to fatih if you like an experience. Windows in room does not open

The hotel was comfortable, clean and had good access to motorway. Big rooms and comfortable bed.

There were actually nothing around, so if you needed even a water you had to buy from the hotel. The small bottle of water costed 50liras when the ratio of euro/lira was 1/30!!!! Everything was very pricey in the hotel apart from the room itself. The restaurant was expensive (with limited options), the spa was expensive. If you need to stay a little outside Istanbul it is a good option but equip yourself with food and drinks.

Great staff and amazing breakfast. I got an update and really loved the room at the 12th floor . Had dinner at the pub and food was good.Parking on the ground floor (not used but available)..I was there for business so to reach the place I had to go it was perfect.

The location is not surrounded by stores, as they are building the area and to get there you need a taxi as the public transportation is not very close.

Clean and pleasing aesthetic, good location, large rooms, friendly staff, felt safe and comfortable as a solo female traveller. Gym was amazing with a lot of equipment, indoor pool is large and felt like a spa, loved it!

No mini fridge in room, room service menu could have been better, only nuts, water and tea available in room minibar
