Great value and friendly staff. They dismissed my cancellation charges on 2 different occasions, so I really appreciated this. The staff also ordered taxi transfers for me to the post office and airport. It is located across the street from an ATM and grocery store which is a great place to buy snacks and any other needed supplies. The large breakfast offers a variety of foods, including pizza, sushi, fish and desserts.

It is far from the main attractions in Bishkek. You’ll need a taxi.

I would rate the hotel 3 stars by western standards. The lobby is a bit nicer than the rooms. The staff were all excellent and hospitable. The breakfast was very good overall.

I was charged more for the room upon arrival than stated on Booking.com. I was also charged more for the airport transfer than quoted by the hotel. Both amounts were relatively small, but more than just a difference in exchange rates.

It was a really nice place.. The only minus is the WiFi connection, it was awful. I hope it will be fixed...

The cleanness of the rooms and daily room tidying

the breakfast staff always buy with their phones and the tables are unclean with dirty dishes or cups from previous guests, dining area is small. I suggest adding labels to the food as the staff don’t speak English and can’t explain what dish is displayed!

The hotel is very modern and clean with friendly and helpful staff who can speak good English at reception. The breakfast is very good and the dishes offered change every day. The hotel is filled with lots of amusing decorations including a life-sized horse with a lamp protruding from its head which made me laugh every time I walked past it!

I must say that so far one of my best stays. The room and the facilities were quite satisfying. What I liked the most is the bathroom is floor-heating, if you stay there in a winter time like me you would appreciate it a lot. Housekeeping is precise. The breakfast has lots of options. I must mention receptionists Eradil and Adelya, they were really helpful and hospitable for my demands, they are in a good command of Turkish/English/Russian languages and they do a good job. There is a 24 hour supermarket just in front of the hotel. By the way if you stay more than 3 days in the hotel, you get a free ride(to airport for example).

Very good breakfast. Small but clean and cozy rooms. Friendly staff that allowed an early check-in without extra charge. Free parking in front of the hotel. In general a very fair price-performance ratio (like almost everywhere in Kyrgyzstan). When coming to Bishkek next time, I will choose the Garden Hotel again.

Its quite a walk to reach downtown Bishkek and the area surrounding the hotel doesn’t offer a lot, but taxis are affordable and easy to book (eg via Yandex App).

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We got a complement when we arrived.

It should be noted that despite of variety of dished at breakfast, the quality of it might be better. The matter is that the prepared food are kept above electric stoves. It makes the food very dry. The dishes which are not required to be warm are kept not covered and get dried up. At first I was think that perhaps the reason that I come to breakfast late and was very surprised that the most of the meal were dried up. I hope that the Restaurant will reconsider its breakfast policy.

The bathrooms need bidet showers The breakfast items although are plentiful but mostly with items which are suitable for lunch or dinner not really breakfast in the European sense.

Attentive staff, quick to respond when we had issues, clean, toiletries were plenty, good buffet spread for breakfast, diagonal to a large grocery stall and walking distance from many food places
