The hotel lies in a quite place where one feels safe. It is also easy to find restaurants and shops at walking distance! There is a large parking lot in front of the hotel where there is always someone at guard so it is easy to leave the car in a safe place. It is also very quit in the hotel, even in the morning and during the day. We arrived at 3AM and slept halfway through the morning without being awaked by other customers. Very good beds!

When we arrived, they did not find our booking. Luckily, after some hazzle, there was Lira who sorted everything out! She found our booking after some research and made our stay very pleasent after a somehow bad beginning. Thanks Lira for being so helpfull.

It was amazing and tremendous experience staying over Orion Hotel for the numerous reasons as follow : Staff/attendant to the manager all were very hospitable polite and helpful, so I would give credit to management MiSS YANA, Location : awesome, 🙂 Cleanliness : splendid 🙂 food : wonderful 🙂 Miss YANA was such accommodating and looking after every individual that my kids now don’t want to stay any where else except the ORION BISHKEK, I visited other parts of Kyrgyzstan and stayed other hotels but myself and kids really feel the difference between ORION and the other hotels, Many thanks for all Best Reganöand Aqil Suleman (wise acme)

The perfect location.. all was wonderful.. nice staff specially ms Lira desk manager, who helped us to book our tickets online to Almaty.. The spa is superb, and the massage was so great and relaxed. I wish I could've done many times. The pool is great... rooms are comfy and bid but no good views, unfortunately... Ants restaurant is nearby, and Bellagio is walkable. Definitely recommend this hotel....

All perfect... on booking it was mentioned mountains view but unfortunately only surrounded with buildings...

One of the best 5 star hotels I have ever been. Staff is very nice and helpful. Delicious breakfast with huge variety of choices and good coffee. Spa zone is very good as well. 19 m swimming pool and hot sauna. Nice sport zone. Rooms are perfectly equipped. High quality cosmetics.

The only problem was when I was awakened at 02.00 by sex screams from another room. It was very loud, however in general rooms have good soundproofing and I did not hear anything for 4 days before. Maybe problem was in common ventilation.

I stayed at this hotel 3 years ago and was pleasantly surprised to see that hotel is taken care of and is well maintained. Rooms are clean and fresh. U dont have a feeling that its updated or dusty. Used spa and swimming pool. All was perfect! Had a lunch at the hotel restaurant. The food was really good. The only thing is that breakfast for 25 usd per person and on my opinion it is way to expensive for Bishkek. So we went to the Bellagio coffee nearby and paid only 1000 som, which is abt 12 $ for two and were satisfied.

I stayed in the Premium King Room and everything was immaculate! Room was absolutely gorgeous, with tons of stunning details in the furniture, extremely clean throughout, with great amenities. The on-site fitness center/pool/sauna was perfect and open very late. Location was excellent for exploring Bishkek. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful with anything you might need. They also have a nice restaurant/cafe open late in case you want food, coffee, or dessert during your stay.

It was a very great stay with nothing to complain on. The room, its size, temperature control, bathroom, etc - everything was as expected. The staff was extremely nice, and the breakfast was good. The location is very central and everything is close. We loved our stay and will definitely stay here again.

We tried to use pool, but there were no other guests, instead there were some workers fixing something, it was kind of weird so we went away. Then we tried to use SPA procedures (for both of us), but they had only one master, meaing they can process only one guest at time, so we skipped that as well.

Our main hotel when we are in Bishkek. We have been several times and everything is just right. Price performance is right, it is clean and quiet. Location is perfect. The staff, with one exception, was as always very friendly and engaged. We will definitely be back.

Just something small: We had a matter and for the first time we were treated very harshly by the woman at the reception. But this has never happened to us before in this hotel.

Everything is as always at the highest level! In the restaurant, they can always cook something especially tasty and healthy, and in the SPA, the magnificent master Baitik will restore the body after a long flight or intense training. Very pleased with the compliments from the hotel. In ORION there is always a feeling that I am at home and I am the most special guest. If you are looking for a special experience, you should definitely visit the ORION Hotel

Once the housekeeping forgot to clean my room

This was a very lovely hotel to stay in. I was there for work reasons, however, to return to such a lovely hotel is a good feeling at the end of the day. I ate in the restaurant, the food is of a very high standard. The breakfast choice is superb too.

There is nothing I didn't like. It's in a really good location, the staff are wonderful, the manager really helpful, friendly and professional (just like his staff).
