friendly staff, magnificient view, huge rooms, excellent breakfast, spa, pool & bowling. very central location, right next to everything druskininkai can offer - the river (with cruise boats), a magnificient fountain kids love, restaurants, shops, a walk away from the lake and park, great location for forest bicycle rides

spa, pool & bowling operating hours are very limited (two short 4 hour shifts). huge rooms but under-furnished (we had to move the couch halfway across the room to be able to watch movies on the rather tiny TV). a long walk to the lobby from the new building we were at. no laundry service or laundromats in proximity. bicycle rental is overpriced (5 eur / hour). all of those little disadvantages made the stay a tad sub-optimal.

I stayed in the hotel’s historic side several times and was never impressed. However, this stay in the new, glass building was exceptional. I booked a family room with a little kitchen and it was amazing. Huge sized suite, balcony, huge windows facing the river, very clean. It was a really nice surprise and we will definitely be back.

SPA center super disappointing. The reception is right by the rooms, no sound isolation. Massage beds without any face support made me want to stop the massage just because how uncomfortable my face was. Hotel could have an arrangement with the aqua park for guests to be able to leave and come back to the park without needing to buy new passes (like Flores and other connecting hotels have)

What a delightful stay we had at this charming hotel! Our room was immaculate and featured stunning large glass windows and a lovely balcony with a breathtaking view of the river. The staff at reception were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Although we initially found the room a bit small for the two of us, they swiftly arranged a more suitable room without any fuss, ensuring we were completely satisfied. The breakfast selection was impressive, with an abundance of fresh and delicious options that truly set us up for the day. This was not our first visit to the hotel, and once again, we were pleasantly surprised by the attentive service and care from the entire team. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff for their thoughtfulness and dedication. We will definitely be returning!

We have the location and friendly staff. We have stayed with a dog and it was lovely that staff accomodated room with a nice bowl for water for my puppy. It was very nice gesture. The room was very quite qnd super comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Variety of food and lots of options for everyone. The sport room was excellent too. Spa was amazing.

I would say that people during breakfast did not understand how to use the waffle maker. People were burning waffles. Maybe it would be great to add a step by steip guide.

This is my second time staying in this exceptional Hotel. From amenities, to cleanliness, location, food and staff that made our stay extra special. They were very accommodating when for personal reasons we couldn’t arrive at dates we booked, they had no issue moving us to next week and the same room. I have to thank their staff who are always very polite and helpful.

Very minor observation, we had 2 balconies in our family room, and amount of spiders and webs made me think this wasn’t cleaned for weeks. Although inside rooms was spotless

Very large rooms in new building with idyllic views of the river and park. Lovely breakfast and dinning rooms in historical part of the hotel. Breakfast was superb, varied selection to please every taste. Freshly made waffles tasted heavenly. Restaurant staff knew their job, replenishing the buffet and cleaning tables in a non-intrusive way, this created a luxurious and relaxed atmosphere.

Breakfast and dinner (even cheap) was good. The view of the room was also good. It is quite a green area. The kids were happy they had a pool and spa.

Communication did not work here at all: We arrived with two kids and a baby which was clearly stated and booked that way. However when we got to our room it was a standard double room with no extra beds, so after clearing we got our beds, but it was an unnecessary hassle. We also tried to solve a question after our stay and never got a reply. English might be a task here still. The pool and sauna in the hotel seemed rather aged and unexciting. Temperatures were rather low. Distances were rather large and also the walking way towards Aquapark was rather complex. My 6-year old son got lost in the alleys trying to find us.

Excellent location - in the middle of the park, in the Center of walking street. Perfect connection to other Spa/Health facilities and aquapark (can walk in bathsuits) through the glass connector. Reach and tasty breakfast. Very serving personnel and smailing staff.

It is a little bit noisy in the evenings - as the room's window is almost in front of musical fontain - can be trouble for small kids sleep - as it works till 23:00. It is a pity, that the sauna/pools time is limited to 15:00-19:00, as it is crowdy and impossible to make morning swim or before nighttime sauna relaxation. Family rooms for big families could be 2 rooms connected together.

The hotel is located in the middle of the downtown, everything at the walking distance. We stayed with 2 dogs and staff was cool with that and even gave us free dog snacks! Breakfast buffet was also equipted good. We ordered suite but when we came we got a room upgrade! Spa would also recommend

The only thing which we did not like was the pool and jaccuzi (we had to push the jaccuzi button literally every 60 seconds to get it working). Was looking for a place to sit down after a swim but the pool room had only small leather armchairs which did not look atractive to sit on while being in vet bikini

Can’t wait to include this in my Girl Takes Mundo travel blog. This property exceeded our expectations on a number of levels, upon arrival we were informed they had upgraded our room which was a pleasant surprise. In addition, staff were very helpful in ideating ways to visit Gruto Parkas and booking our spa services despite the language barrier. (Only some staff members speak English.) Spa facilities and gym are great, wide selection of items for breakfast and in a very central location.

Spa facility is only open from 2-8pm daily which feels a bit strange as some guests may want to visit in the morning.
