The cleanliness was excellent! The bed was comfortable, the hotel was quiet, at least the part where we stayed - at first I was a bit worried when we arrived and saw that the hotel is near quite busy street, but that was not a problem at all, everything was fine. The breakfast was also quite good, tasty coffee and pancakes:) there were many options what to choose from. I was also surprised by the softness of the bathrobes:) the steam sauna in the mini spa was very nice too.

The spa opening time :( it’s open only until 18:00 and we would have really loved visiting it in the evening. And maybe it could be not only open for longer, but also have some time slot (for example after 18:00) only for adults. Also the jacuzzi was a bit weak (or maybe just old), you’d expect some stronger streams when you set it to the maximum. But at least you do not have to pay additionally for the spa visit:)

Kind receptionist who welcomed us upon checkin, walked us to key areas, and insured we had any questions answered. Accommodated our pet without issue. Quiet area away from center with some spa and services available for guests. 2BR apartment was really nice for a family - didn't know the kitchen area would be that spacious.

The breakfast could be improved. It has a number of items and is served in either buffet or individual style, but wasn't a big hit. For example, the salad bar was more lunch style. For vegetarians, the egg product was mixed with bacon. The coffee was excellent, but service norms felt cold (note: we know this is a Baltic way to be non-expressive)

The staff was extremely friendly and hospitable. A very comfortable bed. I did like the spa facilities, they were clean, aromatic, warm, very comfortable, with an open-air jacuzzi zone and sun loungers. The breakfast was versatile in choice and abundant. Cosy and nicely-decorated restaurant premises with a summer terrace. Amazing latte.

A bit of a walk to the town center (about 2 km), so if one plans to stay in the center till late, driving to the hotel could be problematic as it happened to us. It was a Sunday to Monday midnight night, no Bolt cars were available. We were helped out by a waiter in our restaurant who called a local taxi using her mobile.

Cosy and clean room, small but nice spa with jacuzzi on the roof terrace, which we where lucky to have it on our own for few hours. The staff are extremely friendly. Food was just nice and plenty of selections.

Can't give any negatives. Just might the location, bit far from the centre if walking, but its a resort, so great for walk through woods if weather is nice.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is comfortable and quiet and you can get a good rest. The bedroom is also very clean.

The place itself is not near the city center and there aren't any restaurants nearby if you want to grab a late bite. If you have a car, it's not a problem, as it is a quick ride. But the restaurant also does not have room service. The breakfast is just okay.

The breakfast was a bit small, but I believe it is enough for a morning. I liked the location even though it is a bit far away from the city centre, but at the same time very calm and near the forest.

Sadly the conditioner did not work, maybe it was done on purpose taking into account the weather (which was not very hot), but the sun was shining the whole day at our room, so it was very hot to sleep in the evening.

Very friendly staff both in the hotel and the restaurant. The breakfast was delicious and varied. Great location - surrounded by nature and within a pleasant walking distance to the city center

The internet was poor, but this was not the hotel's fault. The whole city had issues with internet coverage

The place is comfortable, super clean and tidy. The personnel treated us really well and we could get the calmness we were looking for. It is a bit far from city centre, but well connected by road and walking paths.

We had an apartment the size of which was royal! The place was very clean and peaceful. The staff very thoughtful and helpful.

The spa opening times (10am to 6pm) are very inconvenient. We would have loved to enjoy a sauna in the evening. The breakfast room smells like kitchen way too much. One exits it and needs a shower...

6 years we chose this same hotel for relaxation/spa and massages. Very satisfied with new few improvements. Such as: more comfy beds (on first floor beds are not so soft as on the second floor), cafee has improoved (food became better), price (you get everything you need for a very reasonable prices).

Breakfast is till 10.00. Could be like up to 12:00 :) hard to get up early (holiday regime), get the massages (1 hour long) at 9:00, and run to get breakfast. Or eat before massages (never). Could be improoved somehow. PS.: fix jacuzzi it needs 2 rubber seals for 1 nozzle and for 1 filtration fitting.
