SPA very nice, good sauna, towels can be taken downstairs. Another cold shower at the sauna place would be nice. It is very comfortable that you can go outside from the SPA to lay down on sunbeds in the garden. Very clean all. Room was good, comfortable beds. Food was also good. Breakfast is really amazing, very much choice and very very good. Many treatments possible, and you feel comfortbale in the treatment area. Staff at the reception is very friendly. I was also positively surprised by the fact that during some hours the SPA/sauna/pool must be childfree, which can be convenient if you would like some quietness at a certain time.

The staff in the restaurant on the first floor could have been a bit more friendly. A few more elevators would be convenient. Parking near the hotel can be a bit difficult, you might need to walk a bit.

Our recent stay at this hotel and spa was truly a nice experience. We liked the stylish decor and the new facilities that exude a sense of modern elegance. The hotel's ambiance is inviting and impeccably maintained, creating a perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The service was nothing short of superb. Every member of the staff was attentive and helpful. The food quality was excellent, with a variety of delicious options to choose from during the breakfasts. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the spa, which is the best in Druskininkai to my view. The modern design and well-considered details create a serene environment that instantly relaxes you. The quality products used in the treatments were evident, and the staff's expertise and genuine care made the experience exceptional. Their professionalism and dedication to providing a top-notch experience were clear in every aspect of the spa.

Standard rooms are quite small, but well organized, so you don’t feel squeezed.

Room and facilities were perfect. Food was great. Our little baby was really looked after, hotel is very accommodating when it comes to little ones and there is everything for them from high chairs, cots to toys in the pool.

I think massage could have been better for the price they are charging - there was no aroma/scent in the room, no music, it was rather cold, it wasn’t cosy. Massage itself wasn’t too bad, but not really worth the price tag, it could have included some extras (hot towel on feet, spraying some thermal water on the face, adding more moves rather than just one type of pressure being repeated non stop) giving the cost.

Absolutely everything! The rooms were modern and tidy, SPA area is exceptional, the breakfast selection is one of the biggest if not the higgeat I've seen for a hotel, the staff members are always super helpful and very kind. Everything smells nice, everything is spotless, calm ambient music throughout the hotel works wonders. Absolutely phenomenal place. We asked for a late check out and staff helped us out swiftly. After checking out we even received a small tasty present from the hotel. Gonna come back here soon again, thank you

This time our room was so small that we could not even walk in there, felt claustrophobic.. we got such bad room for the first time while staying at this hotel. Moreover, this is a pretty expensive hotel would never risk getting for such big money, so small room again. Would say that room was for one person definately not a couple.. Staff was amazing and helpful everywhere, except SPA bar staff. looked like they hate their job.. never smiled to anyone, looked angry and annoyed.

- SPA center is amazing, it's spacious with a wide variety of saunas. I liked that it didn't feel crowded. - Stuff was pleasant to deal with and supportive. - Surprisingly the restraunt is great with a lot of options on the menu, we didn't even need go out for dinner, really convenient. - There is a huge park with lakes in walking distance, enjoyed it very much.

- We took the cheapest option (Economy room), it was absolutely fine but I'd suggest paying slightly more and taking the standard one. It would be easier to access the bed, other than that it was great, surprisingly there was a balcony in the room. - We didn't manage to turn off the heating, as we prefer slightly colder temperatures. A person from reception tried to help us but eventually, we agreed to open the window to balance the temperature a bit.

Very clean rooms, very comfortable beds, beautiful and equiped bathroom, very clean and beautiful swimming pool/sauna area, very friendly and helpful staff, very beautiful outside area with sun beds reachable from the swimming pool area, amazing food (we ate grill duck and it was one of the best meals I have ever had, and for an affordable price), I will definately come back, because thanks to the lovely environment and staff, we managed to feel like after a vacation, after staying there only for one night

The staff was amazing, you feel that people see you, their want to see everyone. Thanks gor your smiles. :)) The room was small, but it's enough for 2 persons. The spa zone also not so big, but in work day not so crowded too. 1 pool, 2 jacuzzi, 2 saunas. Also thei have a bouling, pool,ping pong and children room. Breakfast is amazing and for lunch or dinner you can choose restaurant or go to nearby places.

In a winter time everywhere was a little bit too cold. And two blankets for double bed.. I think many people prefer to choose 1 big or 2 small blankets.

The hotel is great. Very high standard. Standard room sizes are smaller compared to other same caliber hotels, but rooms are great and fit for purpose. Staff is absolutely amazing. Perfect spot for a weekend runaway from the city hustle. We had anniversary with my wife and decided to spend it in Vilnius Spa Druskininkai, it was a very good decision! Everything was perfect from the room, to facilities and breakfast - all top notch! The staff even left us a present on our occasion which was a very lovely surprise and would probably push my rating on the level of 11/10 if I could do that :) Thanks a lot for wonderful time, we'll definitely return and recommend it to others!
