When you walk in you immediately feel like a millionaire! We stayed in a “Business Apartment” which was loft style and had a queen bed, kitchenette, and seating area. Bathroom floors were heated. Overall very comfortable, well equipped, and super quiet! Staff was very friendly and housekeeping did a great job refreshing the room when needed.

The biggest problem we had was with the bed. It is made up of 2 twin mattresses next to each other so we found that after sleeping a few hours the mattresses would separate and create a very uncomfortable situation that was surprisingly frustrating to fix so often. The bathroom was also a little dated in comparison to the rest of the apartment. Another thing I was surprised with was the lack of some sort of dishwashing liquid in the kitchenette, but that’s really not a huge deal.

Everything in the best order - an additional plus Armenian restaurant :) A unique plus nice and competent staff - willing to help and also friendly and smiling.

Unfortunately, the whole climate and atmosphere is spoiled by breakfast - synthetic orange juice that has nothing to do with real fruit, weak coffee (invest a bit in a coffee machine and better quality coffee), scrambled eggs made of powder and not real eggs and it will be really GREAT!

We couldn’t find how to switch on the AC, but the weather wasn’t that hot, therefore there wasn’t desperate need for the AC. Also it would have been more thoughtful to have bigger curtains or roller shades in living room, too, as the sunlight can heat up the room.

The location was perfect. The hotel is located near the old town, where all the main attractions can be found.

The property looked like it needed to be refurbished. We stayed at the business suite, and the sofa was stained. The floor in the kitchen area needed a replacement. The whole interior design is outdated.

This is more than Hotel. Besides as name suggests it features suits not rooms that makes it very family friendly with all the amenities available. Second, the Interior of the Hotel suggests you may or may not be in museum or in the Palace. And last but not least- The Breakfast. The Best in Klaipeda.

As I always assess full picture, there is nothing to complain about.

The staff were very friendly and helpful; their English was perfect. The location, though about 15-20 mins walk from the old town, is quite close to the coach station just through the park across the street. The room is very spacious with kitchen facilities. The underfloor heating in the toilet and the radiators work very well. The window can be opened fully for fresh air.

The soundproofing can be better. The footsteps on the above floor can be heard, as well as some sounds in the corridor and next doors. It is some distance away from the old town; but if you drive or take very frequent buses, then it is not an issue. It is very close the coach station.

Perfect Hotel in central location with huge studio type room including sofa and TV, Desk and kitchen. Of course comfy bed. Washroom features bath and shower (above the bath). This is perfect place for long term and/or family stay. Needless to mention breakfast was good too with real coffee machine and selection of quality food. Almost forget to mention Hotel interior of public area that was just amazing.

As energy prices had rocketed in 2022, room was cold as no heating was available.

We loved it - the family room is a full sized 2 bedroom apartment with a large living room and kitchen. Very comfortable beds. Breakfast was really good - delicious with a lot of options for everyone.

Only downside is the living room furniture has seen better days, but it didn't affect our stay in any way. The bathroom is small and the toilet seat is too high

Good soundproofing in the room. Liked that there was kitchen in room. Beds was good. I liked that there was 2 sizes of pillow because in other hotels it is always the problem- the pillows are too big. The girls administrators was very helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The hotel is with style and clean.

Only good thoughts about hotel

Great Hotel in Klaipeda not that far away of the old town. Spacious studio apartment with all you may need, Integrated AirCon does its job quietly. By far best Hotel in Klaipeda city. Breakfast is the real hit with nuggets, chicken wings and real scrambled eggs with ham slices. Caffee is gorgeous as everything else.
