Firstly the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The room was very spacious with a lovely living room area and a balcony. The breakfast was simple but served its purpose with a good range of things to choose from. Also, being away from the main city centre, meant we mainly had a very good night's sleep.

The first night did have an outdoor ventilator that was loud and working. Luckily we were not in the room next door. However I believe that the hotel turned this off afterwards. If there is a problem with this, I am sure the staff would sort it out.

I thoroughly enjoyed the generous space provided in the room, and the hotel's convenient proximity to the city center. The interior of the establishment exudes a remarkable sense of style, making it both comfortable and delightful to stay in.

The room had a slight smoke smell, possibly from outside. The air conditioning wasn't working, and opening the windows wasn't an option due to traffic noise. The bed, while spacious, was uncomfortable with noticeable springs and creaking. It would have been nice to have a bathrobe and toothpaste provided.

I like it alot and staff very friendly, feel comfortable there and to come back. They upgraded me to a nicer room.

As nice room it was it was in a corner and not as good Internet connection I guess so I had to use my own data to have it faster. The pillows weren't as comfortable in that room than I was time before in another room. When slept with windows open in a morning can hear the cars as my windows were facing the street, ppl back to work and school so road is more busy.

The hotel location was good and for an extra €10 you could park in the hotel garage. The decor was very colourful and funky and the room was clean and very spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They directed us to the old town where there were bars and restaurants plus a lovely walk by the harbour. Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay there ; even fitted in an evening visit to the beach(10 mind drive away)

The staff is amazing! All of the people working in the hotel were so friendly, polite and welcoming that it truly impacted our stay in the most positive manner!! Thank you!! The hotel itself is great as well, rooms were clean, and the corridor had a really nice smell :)

Could have a mini fridge in the room to cool your water, shower could be slightly more spacious and one extra set of pillows appreciated.

The staff were friendly and the receptionist went beyond the call of duty, when I needed some UK Immigration papers printed. The room was nicely equipped and clean. The location was ideal for us, halfway between the bus station and a wedding we were attending.

The analogue TV with a duff remote control, the man at reception changed the remote control but it made little difference. The main concern was the breakfast. Food was excellent pre-ordered and served to table. There was no fruit juice visibly available and a very small coffee machine in "Cleaning Mode" or "Drip Tray Full" about 70% of the time. More coffee machines or a bigger coffee machine please!!!

Lovely interior design, beautiful art details on the walls made by local lithuanian artist... Hotel needs a little touch up here and there ( bathroom is outdated, TV ), but in general superb hotel. Professional staff, all speak in english, very friendly people!

I liked everything, just small tip for hotel owners- invest and update bathrooms, TV perhaps... small things which makes big difference :)

Poor noise isolation with outside. Bus stop just at the hotel entrance - I could hear every bus stopping and opening/closing its doors. Spa area was not available during my stay. Despite this, I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Klaipeda, however, ask for the room that does not overlook the main street.

Breakfast if not Included was only average with everything running out, with the waiter unable to keep up. Also overcharged buying breakfast on the day.

Almost everything. Especially high quality service and friendliness of all staff. Looks like they really do want to make you happy, and not just because they have to. They always do a bit more than you expect.

The facilities look and feel a bit old and outdated. They don't have electronic door keys, simple and outdated design inside rooms, ceramics, bathroom and so on. For me it's not a big issue, if the hotel is clean, and it's indeed clean and beloved.
