The breakfast was delicious, they had several things to offer, including fruits. The location is great, near the Old City and the City center. At the same time, it was quiet at night (excluding one night when a few people arrived later and made some noise during the late hours). Everyone was very polite and helpful. During the stay, the weather outside was very cold and there was an adequate heating system in the room.

They could have had coffee capsules for the machine in the room for all of the days, but the fact is that during breakfast one can have as many cups as one wants, so it's not an issue after all.

The room was quiet and clean. The conditioning was working perfectly. The beds were comfy, and the breakfast was cosy. There wasn't much space during the breakfast, but the food was great. The location was also great - there are little shops around the hotel, and you can reach the centre within 10-15 minutes of walking.

The receptionist upon arriving was a little rude in person - it looked like we had inconvenienced her by coming to the hotel - and did not give all the details on parking once we arrived. But when we called - she was extremely helpful and nice.

Firstly the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The room was very spacious with a lovely living room area and a balcony. The breakfast was simple but served its purpose with a good range of things to choose from. Also, being away from the main city centre, meant we mainly had a very good night's sleep.

The first night did have an outdoor ventilator that was loud and working. Luckily we were not in the room next door. However I believe that the hotel turned this off afterwards. If there is a problem with this, I am sure the staff would sort it out.

I like it alot and staff very friendly, feel comfortable there and to come back. They upgraded me to a nicer room.

As nice room it was it was in a corner and not as good Internet connection I guess so I had to use my own data to have it faster. The pillows weren't as comfortable in that room than I was time before in another room. When slept with windows open in a morning can hear the cars as my windows were facing the street, ppl back to work and school so road is more busy.

I thoroughly enjoyed the generous space provided in the room, and the hotel's convenient proximity to the city center. The interior of the establishment exudes a remarkable sense of style, making it both comfortable and delightful to stay in.

The room had a slight smoke smell, possibly from outside. The air conditioning wasn't working, and opening the windows wasn't an option due to traffic noise. The bed, while spacious, was uncomfortable with noticeable springs and creaking. It would have been nice to have a bathrobe and toothpaste provided.

Its prime location puts you within walking distance of key attractions, and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast selection adds a great start to the day. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

The location is just perfect, right in the center of Klaipėda old town, with all attractions within walking distance. The room was a good size , with a comfortable double bed, great design, and overall relaxed vibes. Very friendly staff, and atmosphere I felt very welcome like at home. The hotel location was good and for an extra €10 you could park in the hotel garage. The decor was very colourful and funky and the room was clean and very spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They directed us to the old town where there were bars and restaurants plus a lovely walk by the harbour. Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay there ; even fitted in an evening visit to the beach(10 mind drive away)

I really like the a little bit renovated property and the fact that they finally doing it m is really great. New bedsheets, new towels. Just please also put something in the minibar because it's very sad that there's nothing in there specially some beers.

The staff is amazing! All of the people working in the hotel were so friendly, polite and welcoming that it truly impacted our stay in the most positive manner!! Thank you!! The hotel itself is great as well, rooms were clean, and the corridor had a really nice smell :)

Could have a mini fridge in the room to cool your water, shower could be slightly more spacious and one extra set of pillows appreciated.
